Chapter 7

Chanyeol's POV
                          Monday

Holding her hand makes me feel calm. I don't ever want to let go but I told her I would hold on only until this stupid movie ended. Stupid Chanyeol why did you say that?! She's tensing up again.

I turned my head to look at Eynhyun but i couldn't see her eyes. They were hidden behind her bangs. What's wrong?

I nudged her to get her attention but she seems to be ignoring me. Poke poke poke. Her brown eyes finally met mine and wait, is she blushing? It's hard to tell in the dark. "Does she like me?" I thought to myself but i rethink "But she seems to hate my guts though, yet she's blushing here."
She's cute when she blush... didn't I say that when she was angry though?

After the movie Baekhyun kept teasing me about how scared I was because I was holding onto Eunhyun. I rolled my eyes at him. "You were the one who was squeezing the soul out of Taemi, don't pretend like you weren't scared as well." I growled, glaring at him. I brought my attention to Eunhyun, "Come on, let's go home together."

"I-I can go home my-myself." She stuttered and shifted her legs. "We are neighbours remember?" Before I let her reply I intertwined my fingers with hers and pulled her along with me. "See you tomorrow! Park Chanyeol you better take care of her!" Taemi exclaimed and waved her arm at us with a huge smile plastered on her face.

The only thing that could be heard was the loud honking of cars and constant chattering of the people around us. Yes we weren't talking at all and yes I was still holding her hand, unwilling to let go.

"Chanyeol?"

"Yeah?" I could see her shoulders rise as if she was taking the biggest breath of her life. Then she finally faced me, "Can I ask you something?"

"You can ask me anything, what's up?"

"Who is Sunmi? I know she is your friend but who exactly is she?" I smiled evilly at her, with a plan in mind. "Why do you want to know? Are you jealous?" I smirked at her.

"What?! Nooooo!" she let go of my hand and frantically waved both of hands in front of her face. I can see the tips of her ears slowly turning pink.

I frowned at the sudden change of temperature in my right hand. Coldness hit my hand as Eunhyun removed her hand from mine. Eunhyun continued walking and I followed her, walking side by side of each other.

"So are you gonna answer me or not?" Eunhyun repeated her question after she finally stopped panicking. I placed my fingers on my chin, lifted my eyebrows and pretended to be thinking deeply. "Well I don't know, Sunmi noona is a very close friend of mine but she seems to like me hmm."

"She's a noona?" Eunhyun furrowed her eyebrows at me, clearly annoyed with my answer. I nodded my head to her question.

"How did you meet her?" That is one question I can't answer, not now at least. I swallowed the lump in my throat, "I can't tell you that."

The smaller girl looked at me in disbelief, "I thought you said I could ask you anything?" She raised her voice at me. Oh she's angry now. "Well I take back what I said!" I spatted at her.

"You're unbelievable!" She laughed sarcastically and stomped to the front door of her house. All that talking and I didn't realise we were here already. "Eunhyun, wait!" I yelled for her but she just quickened her pace. I stood there gaping as she slammed the door in my face.

I blinked twice to bring me back to reality. I sign escaped from my lips at the thought of her being mad again, but right after a smile slowly made it's way up my lips at the thought of her being jealous. I placed my hands in the pockets of my jeans and walked off to the house next to hers.

Eunhyun's POV
Monday

I ran to my room, ignoring the calls from my mother and slammed my room door shut. I rest my back against the door, slowing sliding down the door. I grabbed my shirt, the location of my beating heart. What is this feeling? Jealousy? I don't like it! What the hell are you doing to me Park Chanyeol?
