Jonghyun: Sulli.. Key, he was found by the Seonyudo Park. He was stabbed 14 times.. S-Sulli.. h-he.. he's in the operating room right now. He has a 50/50 chance of surviving. S-Sulli.. Key.. he might not make it.
The phone died.
Sulli: J-Jjong?! Jjong!!!
Tears started falling down my face uncontrollably.
I faced Minho.
Sulli: It.. It was my fault! It was all my fault!
Minho: Sulli..
Sulli: Minho, Key.. he's in the hospital right now... and I know who's to blame.. it's.. it's-
Minho: No, Sulli.. it's not your fault.
Sulli: No! You don't understand! And you can't! No one will! Listen. Minho, it's my fault. I'm the one to blame. Key.. he told me his feelings.
Minho: What? H-He told you?
Sulli: Wait, do you know?
Minho: N-No..
Sulli: ...
I didn't bother looking at him.
I know he's lying. I know he's not telling the truth. And I know that he knows something about me and Key. But, how? And what does he know? Why isn't he telling me anything?
We immediately got into the hospital.
I went outside the vehicle and ran over to the elevator as quick as possible. I didn't bother to wait for Minho.
I'm still angry at him for not telling me anything.
I went straight to the door of the operating room.
Nurse: Miss, you can't go near there.
Sulli: Why? My friend is dying and you don't want me to see him?! What kind of people are you?! What kind of-
I couldn't finish my sentence anymore. My legs were shaking and I couldn't stand any longer. I slumped on my knees.
"Sulli!" a very familiar voice called my name.
Krystal, the guys..
Amber: *sobbing* Sulli..
It was all a blur.
I couldn't see any longer.
I collapsed.
When I woke up, I heard a beeping sound.
Oh, the heart monitor.
No wonder it's making a beeping sound.
A beeping sound between real life and horror.
Still in the daze, I stood up.
Then someone came inside.
Minho: Are you okay?
Sulli: I don't want to see you.
Minho: I just wanted to know if you're okay.
Sulli: If I tell you I'm okay, will you leave?
Minho: It depends.
Sulli: It depends on what?
Minho: If you want to know the news.
Sulli: I'm okay.. what news?
Minho: You know who it is.
Sulli: Is it.. bad?
Minho: Well, bad.. and good. Which one do you want to hear first?
Sulli: The good one.
Minho: Key.. he's fine now, but..
Sulli: But?
Minho: The bad news is.. he's not waking up.
Sulli: ...
I'm fine with that. Knowing that he's okay, I... I feel relieved.
"You just feel guilty." my mind added.
*sighs*
Minho: You okay?
Sulli: I-I'm fine. I just want to be alone. I want to sleep.
Minho: Is it okay if I guard you?
Sulli: Whatever. I don't care.
Minho: ...
I went back to my hospital bed and slept.
When I woke up, it was already dark.
Minho was sleeping beside my bed.
His head resting on the side.
I gently put my hand on top of his head, and stroked his hair gently.
Sulli: Why can't I be angry for too long for you? I easily find myself forgiving you no matter what.
Just then, I think I saw him smile.
Sulli: Hey, are you awake?!
He just smiled wider.
Sulli: Ugh.
He opened his eyes and laughed.
Sulli: What's so funny?
Minho: If that's your way to tell me I love you, then I love you too.
Sulli: Eesh.
Minho: Haha.
I can't help but to beam a smile to him.
Then someone opened the door.
It was unexpected.
He's standing.
There's a smile on his face.
Beaming gleefully back at me.
In his condition, is it possible for him to do that?
I thought he's not waking up?
Am I still.. dreaming?
Sulli: Key..
