" hello Dolan" i say walking up to Ethan out the front o school.
" hey pretty" Ethan says kissing my forehead.
" what you wanna do?" i say say smiling at him.
" well i can't hang out because i have a family dinner in an hour so do you want me to just walk you home?" Ethan says smiling at me.
" yeah that's fine, lets go" i say grabbing his hand as we start to walk.
we talk about his family for a bit but then i get a thought that runs through my brain.
when are we going to announce it to his fans?
"hey baby?" i say looking up at him.
he looks down at me in concern as we walk.
"yes babe?" he says
"are we going to tell the fans about us?" i say looking into his hazel eyes.
he looks at me and smiles " i thought you would never ask" he says.
i smile and say "what?"
"well i had an idea about what if Grayson and i do a 'never have i ever' video and you can host it but at the end of the video we can announce it" Ethan says smiling at me.
i smile at that idea,

" okay well lets do it tomorrow afternoon" i say as we reach my front door.
"Friday afternoon perfect" he says smiling.
"i'll see you at school tomorrow bye baby" i say then kiss his lips.
he kisses back and as we departs he says " bye sweetheart".
i smile to myself and walk inside my house.
" hello!" i yell into my quiet house.
" rubes is that you?" mum says poking her head around the corner.
" yes it is me mother" i say walking over to her and giving her a hug.
" how was your day?" she says walking into the kitchen.
" good, really good" i say sitting in a kitchen stool.
" hows the boyfriend? what's his name again?" my mum says handing me a glass of water.
" his name is Ethan and he's good" i say taking a sip of my water.
she nods her head and says " i like your cheerleader uniform"
" thanks, do i look like Mia?" i say with a laugh.
"very much so, if you need me i'll be in my office" she says then walks into her office.
i sigh and walk down the hall into my room.

" dinner!"i hear my mum yell through the house.
i stand up from my bed and walk out of my room, down the hall into the kitchen.
" ohhh what's this?" i say sitting down at the table.
" chicken salad " mum says sitting down next to Mia.
" oh my gosh mum, ruby was the best flyer ever today" Mia says then takes a bite of her food.
" oh really? that's great honey" mum says taking a bite of her food.
i smile and start to eat.
we talk about random things like mum getting a new 'hubby' and Mia wanting to get a boyfriend.
i hear the home phone ring and i say " i'll get it"
i stand up with my empty plate and grab the phone on my way to the sink
"hello?" i say into the phone.
"hey darling it's dad" my dad says sounding excited.
" ohh uhh hi dad?" i say looking over at mum and Mia who go completely quiet.
" i need to ask you something" dad says sounding serious.
" okay one second" i say then i motion to mum and Mia that i'll be 1 minute.
i walk into the living room and sit on the lounge.
"okay, shot" i say into the phone.
"well i know you love it in LA but i miss you lots and i was wondering if you wanted to come live with me?" dad says into the phone.
i feel speechless, i love it here in LA but i miss my dad too, but let i feel how bad i would feel for ethan. i couldn't ever do that to him, i care for ethan way to much.
"i-i mean i would have to thik about it because i don't know how ethan would feel or mum or mia i mean i love them all to much" i say feeling guilt feel my stomuch.
"no no that's fine honey i just wanted to ask and just think about it okay?" dad says sounding concerned.
"yeah of course, talk soon dad" i say standing up from the lounge.
" i love you ruby" dad says
"i-i love you too, bye dad" i say then a hang up the phone and walk into the kitchen.
i put the phone in the dock and put my hands on my head and start to pace.
"are you okay ruby?" Mia says walking over to me.
"no, dad just asked me to move to Australia to live with him!" i say loudly.
"oh my- are you going to-" Mia says but i cut her off by saying
"of course not! i love Ethan and you guys way to much to move half way across the world!" i say taking a deep breathe in.
"then tell him that." Mia says grabbing my hand.
"you don't get it! i don't want to hurt dads feeling! i love him to much as well!" i say.
" honey calm down" mum says walking over to me and hugging me.
i take a deep breathe in and say.
" i'm going to go to bed i'm to tired to deal with this" i say then i walk out of the kitchen to my room.
