Time : 7:30 PM
Place : Resort, Goa
Ritual : Sangeet and Chooda (Bangles) rasam

Mallika almost dashed into the beautifully decorated Hall where Sangeet was supposed to be held in.

The place was ravishingly decorated with all the umbrellas hanging from the ceiling, water springs at the both the sides of the main entrance, Elephant Sculptures, bright colourful lights everywhere and lavish arrangements for exotic beverages and drinks. (something like in the picture)
As the theme chosen for the party was Vintage. Mallika was clad in a black and white fusion Saree and rose printed black high neck quarter sleeve blouse with braided low bun, and an elegant smile on her red lips.

She had to reduce her 30km/hr speed to Zero as She almost banged in to Om's chest.
"ouchhh! watch your steps girl.." Om spoke rubbing his chest without seeing Mallika.
"hello! Its Mallika okay? You need to be attentive while walking, got it Poet Om" She mocked on his face.
"Thats why...Thats why I smelt such sticky'chameli ki tel wala' fragrance from your hair, huh! nerdy geeky Mallika" He narrowed his eyes.
This two and their Banters had been continuing from their childhood. They proved in each step that they were not gonna change.
"Stop teasing ok? Go to Shivaay, He's not looking well, Something have happened with him, I tried to speak to him but He dint reply my questions, Moreover He seems to be dejected, I don't know he went to propose Anika today, after that When he came, He wasn't looking fine. You should stay with him" She asked him worriedly.
"Achha Who told you and Rudy to ignite Ishq inside his heart? hmm? It was supposed to happen...I knew it.. Love can not be realized, it only can be felt. They have to feel each other's pain in order to realize their love. You and Me can't do anything in this matter. why dont you guys understand? I am scared now, I don't think Anika would have accepted him, When I met her, She was equally upset with something, something was bothering her...." He looked tensed.
"What done, can not be undone.... so stop hanging around with the past....and tell me Where's Anika? and Which Ritual is to be held? you still are not dressed?" She reverted back.
"Bangles ceremony will take place, Then Sangeet. I was here to check the arrangements, and bumped into you.... ok am going to his cottage and You meet Anika, We need to act Mature mind it!" He asserted as Mallika nodded in agreement. He went off.
and Here Mallika started her Mission Find Out Anika. Finally She found her at the garden area, pacing around with a serious face while two other people sat on a big Swing cupping their faces and watching Anika's moving steps.
Mallika assumed them to be her friends and approached to them,
"Hi guys"
Anika stopped in her way looking at an unknown face, She had not met Mallika yet.
whereas Mitali stood up being curious. Only Vikram looked surprised seeing Mallika.
"You are here" He said aloud with an all toothy grin.
"Vikram? What a pleasant surprise! never thought I'd find you here" Mallika hugged him.
Mitali gave them a lil space while moving beside Anika, She wore a white cotton saree with golden border, and white round necked full sleeve blouse, Her hair was open and a golden choker adorned her neck while her hairdo was completed with a flower embellishment.

Anika tapped Mitali's back while Her eyes gestured asking her about the new guest. Mitali shook her head negatively.
"so if am not wrong, You are the bride to be....The Anika, hey Nice to meet you dear. You really look gorgeous" Mallika offered for a shake hand with a smiling face, but Anika denied to do and simply greeted with folded palms "Namaste"
She was looking stunning wrapping herself in a Purple velvet saree with some golden sequins, Her hair was done in a side bun while Her temple glinted with a bindi to complete her vintage look. Her blouse was golden with floral works on the sleeves and She chose a big neckpiece with pearl beads and dark matt lips as Accessory.

"Yes She's Anika and Am her friend cum colleague Mitali, now will you introduce yourself with us and how come you know this Vikram?" Mitali cut in with a raised eyebrow.
"Sorry I should have....Am Mallika, Shivaay's childhood friend, and his crime partner..... ok dont take crime thing seriously" Mallika laughed while with poker face, Anika murmured taunting Shivaay indirectly "huh! Criminal by birth he is.... his Childhood friend....how many Friends he is having, I wonder" She rolled her eyes,
"are you asking me something?" Mallika couldn't hear her whispering.
"no....Happy to meet you.. now Tell us you and Vikram are friends?" Anika asked back,
"actually more than that, Ani, I have kept it a secret from you.... actually Me and Mallika have been dating each other since the last 3 years, we met in our university" Vikram interrupted Mallika and spoke with a shy face.
"its ok Vikram! Dont be embarrassed, Its ok.. hope they wont kill you hearing your secret" Mallika hid her smile and jabbed Vikram playfully.
"you dont know Mallika, It was the untold Rule of our friendship, this Cheater has hidden this big truth of his life....now who will save him from my wrath?" Saying this, and making Vikram understood about what She was upto, Anika started chasing A 'running for life' Vikram.
After fighting with him, satisfying her desire, She got ready to listen to Mallika.
After discussing a lot, Vikram nodded as he realized, "I knew it, Shivaay was jealous last night! but I never thought He is blind to think a friendship this way! So possessive this man is" He sighed,
"And I always told Anika to ask your heart yaar, I knew that You had feelings for Shivaay sir. but You never accepted, instead you kept saying that You had felt the feelings but never experienced! arey toh Experience naah...... He has proposed you so beautifully and am sure It was from his heart" Mitali spoke at last.
"I agree with you Mitali, You are Her friend, you must be knowing her better, like I know Him.... He really didn't fake it....Anika" Mallika tried to assure,
"I know it wasn't fake! I know him.... I know his limitations, He never fakes when it comes to his feelings for me! Irony but I knew even when Om revealed their groom swap plan to me, I already assumed that he would do something to stop this marriage. but I never wanted to hurt him by rejecting his proposal, I just want him to be unaffected by my Dadaji. They have planned to trap him as I just told you guys, I don't know how, it will be difficult for me to stay away from Shivaay but I have to do....and thats final.... Discussion is over" Anika concluded and got up to move from there,
"where are going?" Mallika inquired,
"dont forget, My Bangle ceremony has not been over, Then Sangeet! I want to spend this little time with Shivaay and all of you, enjoying these rituals wholeheartedly" She turned back to Mallika with a smile, Her kohl eyes expressed the pain and She left the place.

(I will describe men's outfit in the next part, keep it mind the Theme is vintage, so wait for some drama also)
