Wyatt's POV

What the fucking fuck man. Now this shit has left the hospital and made it's way to my home. Nah bruh, see the one thing I always promised myself growing up in the hood for most of my life, and dealing with that psycho homophobic father of mine, is that I would always have peace in my own home. But oddly enough, I felt a shift in the atmosphere and knew that all hell was breaking loose around us. I turned and looked at Percy. "I swear man, this day couldn't possibly get any worse. What should I do?"

"On the real, I don't wan't that man in this house. But it couldn't hurts to see what has to say."

I was taking a huge step on faith with this one. I said a little prayer prayer to myself and turned back to the monitor and hit the button. "Yeah he's around here somewhere. Come on it." I buzzed him in and went with Percy towards the front door. " Are you even okay being around him?"

He didn't answer me right away. "I'll be okay. I just don't know what the he wants. You think Tiffany told him anything?"

"At this point, anything is possible." As I cam close to the double doors I tilted my head back in frustration and just looked at the ceiling. Why the hell did I have to go through this. I mean here I am fighting my best friend with the intention of protecting her, defending my man and trying to keep the peace, and now this clown shows up to my house and I don't even know how i'm going to handle this situation. "Look, you go in the kitchen and I'll talk to him first. I don't know if Tiff told him anything, but this shit is beginning to be too fucking much."

I looked at Percy and he looked so sad. I knew his intentions and I immediately felt bad for what I said. "I'm sorry baby. I know you didn't mean to cause any of this, I'm just frustrated."

He walked over to be and placed his hands on my lower back and his forehead right on mine. "I know babe. I know this sounds bad, but I wish I never told you. Then It would just be my nightmare and I wouldn't have had to drag you and Tiffany into this mess."

"Don't say that. You're not in that place anymore where you have to handle shit by yourself. I got you and I'll always have your back. Now Go wait in the kitchen and I'll call you when it's time."

He tilted my head a leaned in for a kiss. When our lips met I swear I felt the earth move. i felt safe with this man and I just knew that no matter what was about to happen, that we had each other no matter what; this man was worth fighting for. He turned and walked away and by the time he was out of my sight the doorbell rang. I took a look in the three full length mirrors that were in the foyer and saw slight fear; fear because for once, I didn't know if I could protect my family.

I opened the door. "Dr. Montgomery, to what do we owe the pleasure?"

He looked me up and down and smirked. "Oh please, you can call me Reggie, but I was seeing if Percy was home. "

"Actually he is, come on in."

I stepped aside to let this nigga walk in my house and my stomach starting to tighten up. Everything about him made me sick; the way he walked, talked and even smiled told me that this nigga was dirty and fucking sneaky.

He looked around the house like he was appraising it. "Wow,is this your house?"

"Yeah, Well mine and Percy's."

"But you're a resident, how could you afford this... on your salary? And in this neighborhood? Your parents must be loaded with cash."

"Nope, not the situation. But what brings you by, seriously?"

He looked my way and chuckled. "Oh, you're one of those 'Straight to the Point type niggas'. Look I don't know what your dude told you about me, and I don't know why you're around the hospital giving attitude and what not but the last thing I'm going to do is let it affect what I got going on with Tiffany." He stepped closer to me. "So, do yourself a favor and back the fuck off before shit get's real ugly for you. And If you think it's a game, ask you nigga, he'll tell you..." Licking his lips. "I ain't to be played with."
