His eyelashes flutter against his cheeks
As his breath lodges in his lungs
Stumbling beneath my fingertips as they
Travel the length of his stomach
And press into his ink stained sides
Gripping his flesh like a lifeline
To pleasure that extends throughout the body
And against the strain of time.
His heartbeat is like rain against my ribcage
His mouth fire against my skin
His lips finding strongholds on my neck, chest and hips
Tracing an invisible pattern that only his eyes can see.
He is everywhere and nowhere
Taking his time
Ravishing in the moonlight.
Tonight there is no one else
Just him and me
Living in love between the sheets.
