Chapter 13: Shattered

Shu's POV
It has been two weeks since Louise and Lilian fought, they hadn't made up and I doubt they even will. Mikaela who could no longer handle the way things are called everyone in the living room. We were all silent as Lilian and Louise sat far from each other and were ignoring each others presence.

"Okay this has to stop." Rosetta said and the others including me nodded.

"What has to stop Rose?" Louise asked with a bored expression.

"This!" Mikaela snapped as she stood up and glared at the two who were in front of us.

"I know that you two get into a lot of shit arguments but this! This has gone long enough! Can't you two just apologize to each other already?"

"By you two, you are referring to me and who Mikaela?"

"Who else?! Lilian! And why are you silent Lilian! Say something!"

"Lilian? Oh that good for nothing brat."

"You know that's not true Louise." Her twin, Aria said nervously at how serious Louise sounded and Louise scoffed.

"Oh please, everyone in the Von Einzvern family that Lilian is a stupid mistake to be the eldest daughter. She's nothing but a spoiled child who's selfish and always drowns herself into self pity for the death of her boy toy."

"Louise!" Mikaela shouted and we were all shocked at what she said.

"She's right." We all turned to Lilian in shock.

"Lilian! What are you talking about?! Sure your lazy and all those but your the only one who can keep us all together. Why is this happening?" Veronika asked as she eyes Lilian who sighed deeply.

"I'll tell you why its happening. Its happening because I'm just a mistake and am the burden of the family. I'm even the whole reason why mother died."

"Don't say that!" Ivy shouted as she stood up from her chair while me and my brothers and the Mukami's just listened.

"Oh please continue. I want to listen to this." Louise said motioning her hands for Lilian to continue and Lilian rolled her eyes at her.

"Everything. I'm all the cause of it. I was too much of coward that time to help mother, I couldn't even save the second person who gave me hope. Everything is all my fault, I knew from the moment mother died is that I'm a burden to the family. Instead of choosing revenge for my own mother I chose to stay away from it and decided we live with father. I knew that I was just a burden to everyone, heck I'm even the reason why we're all here in the first place. If only I didn't kill those two girls then none of this would've happened. If only I moved that time, if only I moved from the spot I was standing and killed the person who stabbed mother but guess what? I didn't. Why? Because it was to troublesome. Because I'm too lazy to do anything for the world, to think for others. Your right actually, about me being selfish and all those crap but guess what? Even after everything that happened I still tried to move on for this family to be happy. I tried to forget everything just so I would no longer burden you. Even when I was so hurt I still kept trying that I even pretended I was never hurt." She said standing up as her eyes glistened with tears and the sisters were taken aback, even Louise.

"And you never even cared to notice how much effort it took to pretend that I wasn't affected, that I wasn't in pain. Listen very well Louise, I may not be fit to be the eldest but remember that after everything we've been through I still forgave you, even for blaming on mothers death I forgive you." She said as the tears finally slid down her cheek and Louise had a look of guilt on her face as she stood up and walked towards Lilian but Lilian stopped her with her words.
