I am a die hard fan of Ahad Raza Mir and his character Dr. Asfandyar. I love the chemistry between Asfi and Zubia. I feel the element of love and chemistry could have been expanded in the serial and hence I am writing this f...
Asfand couldn't move from his place. Rehaan's words were ringing in his ears..."Mai Zubia Khalil ka bhai hu". A sudden rage got built up in Asfand. He would have strangled him if he could for he was the reason for Zubia's misery. He tried very hard to gain control over his emotions and regained his composure.
"Aap Dr. Zubia ka bhai hai?" he asked calmly.
"Ji"
"Aap mere saath aiyye" he led him to his office.

"Kya apko nahi pata tha ki Dr. Zubia yaha kaam karti hai?" he questioned him.
"Nahi woh darasal..." he pauses and continues... "Usse mile dedh saal hogaye hai, aap please mujhe usse milvade do apki bohot meherbani hogi"
"Behen hai woh apki, kya woh apse milna nahi chahti?" Asfand asks.
"Woh mujhse kabhi milna nahi chahegi... shayad meri shakal dekhna bhi pasand nahi karegi woh" he hangs his head low.
Asfand tries to question him with his eyes while listening to him silently.
"Maine bohot zatti ki hai apni behen ke saath, woh mujhe kabhi maaf nahi karegi, aur karna bhi nahi chahiye... koi bhai nahi karta apni behen ke saath aise" he continues repenting and contiunues "Meri behen bohot anmol hai lekin humne uski bilkul khadar nahi ki... shayad issiliye aaj hum iss halat mai hai... mera sara sukoon usi ke saath chala gaya".
"Aap please ek baar meri usse mulakat karwa de...please"he joins his hands in front of Asfand.

"Uske aane ke baad apko inform kia jayega, aap filaal apne bete ke paas jaiyye" with that Asfand asks him to leave.
Asfand had already talked to Zubia's khala and now after hearing Rehan's words, he can only imagine how difficult it must have been for Zubia to trust a person. Her own brother kicked her out of the house, how hard she would have fought with herself to actually trust someone cannot be fathomed.
Asfand decides to talk to Zubia before he informs her about her brother's arrival. With Zubia all over his mind, he finds it difficult to concentrate, so he decides to go on rounds. Dr. Haroon joins him and they are checking all the patients. Asfand hasn't informed anyone that Zubia's brother was there as someone might bring up the topic before he had a chance to inform her.
