Part 24 - Bonjour

Veronica takes my hand and leads me up the stairs. We walk through the halls, rattling the door handles trying to find an unlocked room.

"Over here!" Veronica called to me as she swung open a door. I hurried over to her and we entered the room.

The room was beautiful and quaint. The bed was large and covered in silk sheets. The windows had Lacey white curtains draped upon them. It was the perfect place.

Veronica sat beside me on the bed.  She looked at me in utter adoration.

"What?" I giggled.

The brunette girl tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.

"You, Betty Cooper, are the most ethereal being on this planet"

"Veronica..." I started but before I could finish her lips came crashing into mine. This time Veronica was deepening the kiss. Her tongue brushed up against mine swiftly before our lips. I began to let my hands roam underneath her shirt. Her skin was warm and soft.

She disconnected this kiss for a quick moment and whispered "You look beautiful in this outfit Betty, but I think it'd look much better on the floor"

I chuckled. "I agree"

She bit her lip, and lifted my shirt off of me, while resuming the kiss. I eagerly kissed her back.

"You sure you want this?" Veronica mumbled, not breaking this kiss.

"I've never been more sure of anything before" I smiled.

I woke up to the soft ringing of the alarm I had set. It's Paris time !

I roll over onto my side, and my eyes land on Veronica. She looked like an angel when she was asleep, I feel bad for having to wake her up.

I gently placed a kiss on her lips, and she shortly awakened.

"Mm good morning babe" she groaned.

"HAPPY PARIS DAY!" I shouted.

She instantly shot up out of bed.
"YAY!"

"The car will be at your house in an hour to pick us up and take us to the airport"

She nodded.

"I'm so excited"

"Me too, it's going to be perfect" I agreed.

She leaned and kissed me.

"Last night was already perfect" she smirked.

"Yes it was" I snickered.

"I could go for some more that" she said longingly.

"We'll have plenty of time in the city of romance" I winked.

"Fair enough" she chuckled.

We both hopped out of bed and drove back to Veronica's house. When we arrived we went into her kitchen, where here chef made us strawberry waffles. After we ate, we both got dressed.

I put on a yellow sundress ,with a denim jacket, and some sandals. Veronica wore a purple peplum blouse, with jeans, and wedges.

"You look cute, as always" she grinned, kissing my cheek.

"As do you, my love" I blushed.
