Summers POV

Friday night. And Im on my couch watching Netflix.

Pretty much my life every weekend. It's not like I'm not social or anything, it's just my friends choose other people to be social with. That, and Im just super cautious about getting caught at parties and stuff. So I mostly choose to stay home. If I ever do step out of my circle, it's only with Caity.

"The Lorax or re-watch Gossip Girl episodes?" I say to myself. The thought of seeing the oh-so-sexy Chuck Bass on my screen makes my decision too easy. I start scrolling trying to find it when the doorbell rings. I remove the popcorn, candy, sandwhich, and chips from my lap, setting it on the coffee table. I knew it was Caity coming to join me. I quickly walk to the door, twisting the knob.

"Hey Ca-" I frooze looking at her. Her hair was braided with curls falling everywhere, face done with make-up. She had on a pink crop top that hugged her curves perfectly, a pair of black leggins, and a pair of nude pumps.

"I admire that you want to look cute for me, but you know were just watching Netflix?" I laugh opening up my door for her to come in.

"We obviously aren't going to be staying in tonight. Duh! Why would I dress like this if we were?" she says as she does a 360 showing off her outfit.

"Well I don't want to go to dinner either! Chips and popcorn are good enough for me!"

"Oh shutup! We're not going to dinner! We're going to a pa..." she mumbled the last of her sentence almost as if she was trying to hide something from me.

"Going to a what?" I turn around.

"A party." It sounded more like a question than an answer.

"Oh, hell no. No. Absolutely not." I walk back over the couch to continue my search for my Chuck.

"Oh, come on pretty please! We always watch movies. Let's do something different tonight. Something fun!" I flop on the couch crossing my arms. "Summer. As you're bestfriend, it is my right, my civil duty, to make sure that you actually do something with your life besides eating and watching movies all day."

"My life is perfectly fine. And I actually enjoy my movies, thank you very much."

"Why not? And your parents are gone for the weekend. It's the perfect chance!" She was right. If I am worried about getting caught, now would be the perfect chance. No parents. No worries.

"Just one night?" Unsure of myself I start playing with my awful ends.

"YES!" Caity jumped on me, well more like tackled me, kissing me all over my face. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"

"Wait... I have one problem..." I freeze while cleaning up the coffee table.

"What?"

"I don't have anything to wear." Caity's evil smirk manages to find its way back on her face.

"I might have maybe brought you an outfit to wear tonight? Please please please wear it!"

"Nope. I won't. Whenever you have an outfit for me to wear it ends up being either super tight and super short."

"That's only because you have an amazing body! You should show it off!"

"Eh..." It would be nice to dress night maybe for just one night. "Oh fine."

Caity grabs me at the wrist and pulls me up the stairs and pushes me into the bathroom.

"Wash your hair! I have a cute hairstyle for you too!" She claps happily, just like this one girl from a show I used to watch about two twin boys in a hotel.
