Justin's POV

"Justin! I have to go home and study!" Summer said, trying to free herself from my grasp.

"But can't you just study here?"

"No because I didn't bring any of my notes! Now let me go!" she said laughing.

"Well I could teach you! I'm really good at school."

"Oh really?" Summer raised her eyebrow at me.

"Yep. Especially health. I aced Sex Education." I gave her a smirk, pulling her in tighter to my chest.

"Is it wrong for me to say that I'm not surprised?" Summer said. I turned her around to face me, kissing her, not wanting to see her go.

"I'll call you later tonight! I promise." Summer stuck out her pinky for me to grab.

"A pinky promise?" I looked down at her, trying to hold in my laugh.

"Just do it!" She impatiently said. But I couldn't refuse an order from her. I took my pinky wrapping it around hers.

I pulled her in for kiss, pecking her lips. One kiss turned to two, and two turned into an intense make-out session. Minutes went by before we both pulled away, trying to recover our lack of air.

"Justin! I really need to go! Caity is probably burning up in the car!" Summer said slipping on her shoes.

"Okay, fine. I guess so." I stuck my bottom lip out.

"Bye Justin." She stood up on her toes, angling her head towards mine, as I bent down to kiss her back.

"Bye beautiful." I said seeing her smile, before shutting the door behind her.

I walked back over to the family room, to join the rest of guys, watching the football game. Grabbing another plate if spaghetti, I walked into the room, finding all eyes staring right at me.

"Did I do something wrong?" I asked, scratching the back of my head.

"Why didn't you tell us about Summer?" Fredo asked.

"I did tell you guys!"

"No you told us that she was your friend." Scooter corrected me.

"And that's exactly what I mean. Summer is nothing more than a friend."

"Mhm... Sure. Do you kiss all your friends like that?" Scooter laughed.

"That's exactly what people do" I snidely commented back, opening up a can of beer.

I wasn't in the mood to here any of this crap, so I decided to go outside and enjoy the peace and quiet by myself. Unfortunately, the whole 'by myself' part didn't seem to last too long, when I heard someone open up the back door.

"I'm not going to talk about her," I said taking a sip of my beer.

"Yeah, I know. So I'm just going to talk instead." Ryan said, dragging a chair next to me. "Justin. I know you. I know you better than anyone here. I know the difference between you hanging out with a girl, and you hanging out with the girl. You my friend, have found someone special. You're writing songs, disappearing during the week, disappearing in your house..." Ryan let out a laugh. "But I don't want to her any details about that!" I couldn't help but join in with his laugh.

"Justin, even the paps are talking about how you were seen with a 'mysterious' girl the other night."

"Yeah, so what if I was. What's your point?"

"I'm just saying that you shouldn't push away anyone, just because you're scared of another heartbreakvcv." I paused thinking about the words coming out of his mouth.
