The RoadTrip Before Christmas

A few months passed and well, the vacation month of soliders were coming up for sure and jack...well...he had been exiled from his family for reasons unknown to anyone but him. A few people were not leaving base and the commanders could techincally leave as long as they were able to be contacted if things went down hill. Jack didn't really think he was leaving so he didn't even really think about t again until Ana brought it up in their meeting room. "Jack what are you doing for the holidays?...you haven't taken a vacation in awhile so are you planning something?"she asked and glanced at him whom was reading transcripts of interrogations an missions. "I'm not planning anything....I was thinking of staying at the base and working like usual...." Jack told ana without really any emotions as the back of his head screamed about it. 'well that's because your family thinks your gay.' which wasn't a lie either. Jack was bisexual and was more towards guys than girls. Don't get him wrong, if a cute girl walked by he definitely would hit her up or try to talk to her but, otherwise he was the typical workholic and a good one at that. He plowed himself in work and ignored anything social until he got his work done or someone stopped him. "Really?..." Gabriel asked and sipped on some hot coco. "I thought you said you would be coming over to my family's Christmas party." Gabriel acted snark and jack never agreed to that making jack cock a eye brow at him. "When did I ever agree to that?" Jack asked a tad surprised by this and fiddled with his tablet.  "Uh, a month ago. Did you really forget?..." Gabriel pouted and jack closed his eyes as ana made a awe noise. "I...ugh fine. Yes I guess I forgot.. I am busier than you and you know it too, Reyes." Jack simply said and glanced at Gabriel with a betrayed look was Gabriel used Ana against him. Either way he was going to lose in that situation and Ana smiled at the two happy that Gabriel was getting jack to experience Christmas.

"I know your busy and that's why you always forget about things. You owe me a lot since you forget so much Commander." Gabriel teased and smirked a bit at him. "What did he forget before?" Ana asked and gazed at Jack whom kinda went pale at the thought of that. "Ah rather keep that info for later.." Gabriel showed some mercy and smiled at them as Ana snickered. Jack sighed in relief and shook his head a bit before going back to his work. "Ana what are you doing for it? Family stuff with your daughter I guess?" Jack asked and always gave Ana a break during family holidays as children did need their parents most during those times to feel loved. "Of course...this year is going to be like any other and if you two would like you can come over during Christmas eve." Ana smiled a bit and held her own hot coco. "Sadly Ana, me and boy scout will be in Mexico. Jesse is tagging along with genji." Gabriel smiled and spoke as jack looked from his tablet. "Wait wait...so you asked Jesse, Genji and me. Aren't you worried your family back home will be upset about how many your bring over from work?" Jack asked and was sorta confused why he would do this. "Genji and Jesse are orphans. No family that either will talk to them or exist...so they Sorta need family and I didn't think anyone would ask about it so I took the liberty of doing that." Gabriel grinned and drank the rest of his hot coco while jack smiled slightly. "Never knew you could be so kind Gabriel." Jack snarkily said and smiled at him a bit more. "And who knew boy scout could be so snarky." Gabriel purred and smirked a tad more towards jack. "I guess we're equal then?" Jack told him and Gabriel shrugged. "Depends if you'll go down on me buddy, stroking my ego in all..." Gabriel uttered on the fly making absolutely everyone turn red as a cherry as that just got ultimately sexual in the beginning to end.

"Gabriel...don't ever fucking say that again for our sakes." Jack shook his head and was blushing out of more embarrassment of his sexuality rather than Gabriel's comment. Ana nodded and continued to drink the hot coco trying to get that thought out of her head before things got awkward which it did. To put this as a side note, Christmas was only a week away and their breaks are varied by either months or weeks depending on time they have techincally stored. Ana, Jesse, and Gabriel had Two months of vacation time open; Jack and genji had three months for vacation time due to their workholic behaviors. This puts everything into perspective of what they normally did and showed who took more breaks than anyone else. "So...ahem...how many days do you have left and how many are you going to use?" Jack coughed a little to break the silence and Ana answered. "I have two months but, I think I will be using only two weeks." Ana smiled a bit and wanted to see her daughter's face during Christmas when she opened the presents which would be adorable since Torbjorn made some toys for her. He even was going to dress up as santa which was absolutely sweet and have his daughter have a sleep over there.
