(A/N: sorry it took awhile to update. Was working on AP classes, then went on holiday, and right now, getting check ups for signs of depression/anxiety)

"Okay." Freed accepted her invitation. He took off his shirt and wrapped it around his waist.

"Sorry." Lucy said walking in front of him towards her house.

"It's okay, I got out of hand too." Freed said staring at her.

"You just have things going through your mind. Want to talk about it?" She asked.

"I...uh" he was thinking about the key in his hand. He didn't let Lucy see it.

"It's okay if you don't." Lucy said and they walk in silence to her house.

Lucy was going to get her keys to open her door.

(A/N: I was going to write Laxus, no jazzy, it's Freed x Lucy. )

Freed grabbed her arm gently.

"I got this." He said and Lucy looked confused.

"Close your eyes." Freed told her and Lucy followed with a whisper of "okay."

Freed wrote a rune.

"Okay" he said.

Lucy looked at her door, only to realize that something was hanging from it. A golden key, her eyes widen.

Tears slowly started to fall from her eyes. "Aquarius." She whispered.

"Freed!" She turned around ready to hug him.

She didn't see him. She fell to her knees crying.

Freed had turned himself invisible.

He smilied at her reaction. He was glad that she was happy, he was glad that he could reunite her with her friend. He started to cry, he saw Natsu coming.

"Luce!" Natsu cried.

It hurt Freed to see this, he started walking away.

Lucy was crying in Natsu's arms. "She's here, my friend." Natsu was confused and noticed that Lucy was holding a golden key. One, that he himself was looking for.

He engaged his nose, Freed, he smelt his scent...
