Walking along with everything, she forced herself to smile. She didn’t want anybody thinking that something was wrong. The connections she had with her partner, the magic feeling was gone. Knowing how he became last time, even after the apology, made her nervous. She knew that if she left the group, she would struggle to make her income.
Even if she was strong, she knew that she would get trapped. Her spirits could help her, but if she was in true danger, they could be healing and in no position to help her. After all her adventures, she had to be careful.
She saw him. She tried to be calm and walk towards him. She breathed in and then breathe out. She tried to walk confidently towards him. Her heart started to beat faster, she paused.

Natsu looked at her like she was crazy, he had his hand up to say hi, but she walked away.

Lucy kept thinking that she was crazy. Her mind kept thinking that he was going to hear her heart.

She was frustrated at herself. She had the right to be with the right guy and if she felt that her boyfriend at the time wasn't giving her the feeling... she needed to end it.

This relationship was toxic to her. She had to go through with it no matter how hard it felt to her.

She pushed herself. Then, she remembered her strengths, writing. She may be able to do it, but who knows if he would read it and take in the information. She knew that he skipped through information. Even if they were labeled as important.
Her strong suit wasn't his. It could be one of his weakest, but to her, it was worth a try.

She didn't want to stall.

Tomorrow, tomorrow she will truly express herself and her feelings. No longer keeping it in.
