Epilogue: The Favor

OPENING COMMUNICATIONS COMM WITH SOMBRA...

"I'm bleeding here. You?" Sombra's voice crackled.

"I'm holding up," you replied.

"Good to hear. Talon says that won't be the case for long."

"I've proved that wrong time and time again, Sombra. This won't be any different."

"Fair enough."

"You told me if I needed anything, I could call you just this once, right?

"Yep, the device self-destructs after this call. I have a good feeling about what you want to know, right?"

"Amelie told me to call you. About finding her again."

"Figured. I found a bone for you to chase. Check your computer, you'll find a location. There's a tablet there, and the rest you can work out yourself."

"That's business, huh?"

"Yeah, that's right. It's all business. ...Take care of yourself, Y/n. See if you can prove Talon wrong again."

"Don't worry, I intend to. Be seeing you, Sombra."

"No, you won't." She chuckled, and the call cut off.

You quickly removed your headset and tossed it away. It exploded with a satisfying *blam!*

Some time later, you acquired the tablet, downloaded the list of locations, and began to make bi-monthly trips to each. The first few trips revealed nothing, but this trip would be different. Dressed in casual clothes, you arrived at the location.

Nice, France.

You were sitting in a bar when you saw her again. She looked different, yet familiar. The long hair. The emotionless expression. You eyes met, and she smiled. She stood up and left the bar, and after a few minutes, you followed her to the nearby alley.

To your surprise, however, she wasn't in the alley.

But she was there.

"What have we here? A lonely, lost little Overwatch agent?" She asked, just like she did on the rooftops so many months ago.

You turned around, and saw her. Dressed in civilian clothing, a smile playing at her lips. Her eyes weren't emotionless anymore, filled with admiration for only one person.

You slowly approached, and you said...
