I rang the doorbell and in less than five seconds, he opens the door.

Behind him I can see Kevin sitting on their old armchair that they call Richard. Please don't ask me why because I honestly don't know.

"Mitch, hey man, come on in" Avi lets me in and closes the door.

"Hey buddy, what's up?" Kevin says while playing God-knows-what on the playstation3.

"Oh nothing, just passing by." I say.

"Great! Do you wanna play this super cool game?" Kevin suddenly looks excited like a puppy.

"Uhm bye?"

Okay that was kinda rude. Avi starts laughing while Keving mumbles something like "whatever".

"I was wondering if I could talk to you Avi actually." I ask.

"Yeah sure, man. Lets go to the kitchen."

We head there and I sit on the closest chair.

"So what is bothering you?" he asks me.

"How do you know something is bothering me?"

"Oh come on Mitch, I can see it in your face. And it's been like this for a while now. So tell me, what's going on?"

God, I forgot how good Avi is to understand how someone feels. And that's what I tell him.

"God, how can you read people like this?"

It sounded a bit annoyed, even if I'm not at all.

"It's a gift." he says with a smirk, pointing up on the sky.

"So you already know what I'm gonna say, don't you?"

"Yes, but you need to say it aloud."

"Fine. It's Scott."

"Hallelujah!" he starts singing it and I friendly punch him on the arm. "Avi, I'm being serious here!"

"I know, I'm sorry. I just can't believe it took you so long to admit it." I look down at my feet and he asks "What are gonna do?"

"I absolutely have no idea."
