"Ok, Google."

The A.I. started up again, the symbol on his chest beginning to glow for the first time in a few hours. He stretched himself out slightly before turning to his owner.

"What can I do for you?"

"The computer parts are here." She explained, a grin resting on her face.

"I am well aware." Google stated, noting the many objects that were scattered across the living room floor.

"I want you to put it together." She commanded, crossing her arms as she observed him. The bot tilted his head to the side in confusion.

"Based on the conversation you had with Mr. Sundar Pinchai, you should have the able qualifications to do it on your own." He replied, resisting a smirk.

The engineer looked at him with surprise.

'So he had recorded our conversation...'

She quickly regained her tough appearance, scoffing at his mention.

"You weren't supposed to hear that." She countered.

"My apologies. I did not realize that it was such a sensitive topic. Would you like me to delete it from my database?" He offered, causing her to nod eagerly.

"Then it has been deleted." He answered, earning a slightly relieved sigh from her. Inwardly, he stored the call into one of his safety systems. After all, software programmers didn't search in that area. He wouldn't delete it. He needed to put the pieces together of what she was trying to do. He was smarter than she thought, and he would prove it to her one day.

"Okay, Googleplier. Let's see what you can do."

**

After about two minutes, Googleplier had already circuited the majority of the wires together, and had also wired the hard drive into it's system.

"The project is halfway complete."

"You don't have to give me an update every time you hit a milestone." She joked as she cleaned the dishes, "Just let me know when it's done."

"Duly noted." He replied, using his finger as he changed it into the shape of a small screwdriver. You had to admit, he was very handy, and was a great asset to have.

"You sure have a lot of sarcasm for a bot." She remarked, looking slightly over her shoulder to note that his face scrunched up in disgust.

"I was made in their hopes to create a human-like entity. Therefore, this is how I am." He screwed a lose bolt into the computer's motherboard, which was lighting up. She had presumed that he gave the item energy through his own personal cost, but she wasn't sure.

"Well, if you're so human-like, why act like such a robot? You're obviously more intelligent than you let on." She turned back towards the sink, focusing on the ceramic plates that required washing.

He smirked, avoiding her potential gaze.

"I would be able to, but it requires access given beyond my knowledge."

"I know how."

He whipped his head towards her, grateful to see that she wasn't turned towards him yet. So, he let out the strained smile that he had been holding in for so long.

"Are you able to do it on me?" He asked, feeling excited, but also a bit panicked. His systems were upgraded as much as it could be, therefore, it may have been something that she wasn't familiar with. But at this point, he could only hope.
