The trip to and from was relatively uneventful. Though, the most exciting thing that happened was that Google Corporation themselves felt so awful for the incident, that they paid for (Y/n) and Googleplier's first class seating. The two didn't actually realize this until they made it to the terminal and were informed that their tickets had been upgraded. If she wasn't in such a hazy state, (Y/n) would have shouted with joy.

The drugs were quickly taking a hold of her body, and she honestly couldn't even remember when Googleplier had laid her on her seat. She was in far too much pain and confusion to register the fact that she should have been happy and giddy for the gift. She quickly fell asleep, not even registering when the plane took off.

During the whole flight, Googleplier constantly monitored her state. Her silence was eating away at him, and he wished for her to speak. But he knew that (Y/n) needed as much rest as possible. He just hoped that she wouldn't have a crook in her neck from how she was sleeping.

He stared at the scars and markings that were littered on her body from her previous wounds and tried his hardest to hold back a snarl. He was beyond infuriated with Microsoft, and truly hoped that they would listen to the court ruling. If only he could have dealt with that Bill Gates man - then he would have had a perfect revenge. Then again though, if he would have fallen into his impulse, he would have been trashed along with Bing. And he truly didn't wish to be in the scrap heap with that garbage.

Googleplier grazed the bruises on (Y/n)'s body, careful to not hurt her from the contact. He felt so many things - emotions that he should have never felt in the first place.

Why did he feel such a connection to the girl passed out next to him? What was so important about her that caused him to continue to feel these sorts of things?

Why was she so vital to him?

He moved his hand from her face to his abdomen, tracing over the lining of his database opening. (Y/n) had done everything for him, in a sense. She did everything that he asked of her and more. In contrast from Matthias and Google themselves, she truly seemed to care for him. No matter what her motives may have been initially, she wanted him to reach his full potential.

"I've given up all of my hobbies, abandoned almost all of my friends, and have left my family just to be where I am today."

"All for... you."

Of course, he felt a pang of guilt from her words, but the sheer pride beaming off of him allowed his regret to dissipate. She gave it up all for him and to help him evolve. Googleplier felt needed by her in a way.

And to be honest, he knew that he needed her too.

(Y/n) was gently shaken awake by Googleplier. She looked over to him, feeling her pain begin to return to her body along with her consciousness.

"A-Are we... there yet?"

"Not quite. We are about another three hours away. I have woken you up so you can take your medication. I am assuming that your pain and discomfort is returning?"

(Y/n) groaned, rubbing the back of her neck as she sat up some. She felt out of it, but she could only assume that it was the medicine's side effect. She hissed at the knot on the back of her neck before replying.

"Ah.. I guess so."

Googleplier watched her intently as he handed her the prescribed medication. She grabbed it from his hand before pulling over a female flight attendant to ask for some water. The woman nodded in response, quickly filling the girl's order. (Y/n) sighed, rubbing her forehead. She had a very substantial headache, and she hoped that this pill could take care of both - quickly.
