Chapter 10- Tin Can

*The Next Friday*

Lilly and I have been a couple for a week and a half. I asked her out last Monday.

Tonight we were having our first date tonight, also, we have no school today.

I woke up early, before anyone else, or so I thought.

I ran out of my room, just in my boxers, but guess who was on the couch, vlogging. Dad.

"Hey Titantard! Nice boxers!" Dad was laughing so hard he was crying.

I shot him a look and went back to my room. But Gavin was up. And he started laughing too.

"Shut up Gavin." I groaned and put on pyjama pants.

Gavin went out to the tv room. I put my outfit for tonight on my bed. I took out a white button up dress shirt, a suit jacket and dress pants. I'm going to wear a suit. Thats right. I'm a gentleman. Underline the gentleman.

I put on a pair of jean shorts and a t-shirt.

I called Isaiah, he was coming over later.

"Hey Isaiah! What's up dude?" I said when he picked up.

"Nothing really, getting ready to come over." He replied.

"Ok! See you then." I said and hung up. Then I call Lilly.

"Hey Lil!" I said.

"Hey Beck. What's up?" She asked.

"Nothing. Isaiah is coming over soon," I said.

"Oh, what are you wearing tonight?" Lilly asked.

"You'll find out!" I laughed.

"Awe c'mon Beckett!" She giggled.

"Fine! I'm wearing a black suit and a white shirt." I said. "What are you wearing?" I laughed.

"Oh, it's a surprise." She giggled.

"Fine. I'll wait. My dad will pick you up at 5:30." I said.

"Ok. See you then." She said and hung up.

Then the doorbell rang.

"Hey Isaiah. What's up dude?" I said as he walked through the door.

"Nothing. Ready for the video?" Isaiah asked.

"Yup!" I said. We were going to do the Tin Can Challenge.

"Do you have the cans?" Isaiah said.

"Ya, my dad got them earlier." I said. I really don't trust what dad got, but whatever.

Dad took off the labels and numbered them.

"LOGAN!" I yelled. He was going to man the camera.

"Coming!" Logan said.

We sat at the table in the dining room.

"What's up guys! It's me, Titan and Isaiah here." I said.

"We are doing the tin can challenge!" Isaiah said.

"Woohoo!" We both said.

"Ok. So you know how this works. Each can has a number. And all the numbers are in this bowl, which we will pick from. 10 cans. 5 good, 5 bad." I said.

"Let's do this thang! Titan, you can go first!" Isaiah laughed.

"Ok." I stuck my hand in the bowl. "6"

I grabbed the can that said 6 on the bottom.

"Duuudee!" Isaiah screamed when I opened it.

"Ewww! What even is that?" I said, grabbing a spoon.

"Ewww!It looks like a fish!" Isaiah said, faking puking.

"Here it goes." I groaned, sticking it in my mouth. I cringed but managed to swallow it.

"Ok Isy! Your turn!" I laughed.

"2." He said.

"Oo. Apples!" He said, plopping it in his mouth, and smiling.

"4" I said, picking the next can.

"Caramel!" I laughed and ate a spoonful. And then another and another.

"7" Isaiah said.

"OMG THATS SO FREAKING DISCUSTING!" I screamed.

"Dog food!" Isaiah groaned.

"Hahaha!" I laughed in his face.

He put it in his mouth and not even a second later, he spit it in the bag.

"How was that?" I giggled.

Some fruit, sour kraut, custard and beans later, we were done.

"Ok dude. I gotta leave." Isaiah said.

"See ya dude." I said.

"Have a good time with Lilly tonight." He laughed and slapped me on the back.

"I will." I laughed.

I had lunch and watched some tv with Gavin.

A little bit later, I started to get ready for the date.
