I hear a gruff voice calling me from the darkness, but I don't want to go its nice here silent just me and the darkness but I'm cold and I shiver before opening my eyes.

A man is leaning down in front of me looking into my eyes, where am I and why is he looking at me like I'm a present on Christmas morning.

I think back to the last thing I remember and then everything snaps in to place all at once like a living nightmare that my life has become and I pull back away from the man and his instance stare.

"Its ok, I live her to slabyy svet , (little light)," he says and puts his hands up in front of him which happens to be the biggest hands I have ever seen along with the accent, I think he may be German but I was never good at accents not even English, "I promise I would never hurt you."

I look into his eyes they are dark blue with swirls of green and a little gold, his face is hard but soft all at the same time his black hair lies all around his face and gruff lines most of the bottom of his face, his huge even kneeling clearly bigger than Mike or Phoenix warning leather pants and a black tee-shirt that does nothing to hide the mussels under top or the thickness of his arms on the bulge in his pants.

My face flames brighter than my hair as I quickly look back to his eyes, he smirks a little the corner of his lip curling as he does, he looks like every girls dream of a bad boy biker I smile at the thought and his whole face lights up.

"You have beautiful smile," he states, I figure out the heat in his eyes but it sets butterflies off in my stomach, "What are doing out here slabyy svet, (little light)."

I stare at him trying to figure him out I'm lost I know I should fear him like I fear almost every male who comes near me but there something in his eyes that tells me he will never hurt me if I just have a little faith what Mandy says earlier comes back to me.

"Thank you," I say but my voice comes out with a whisper and I smile.

"When was the last time you had a drink," he says his voice getting a little harder.

I have to think about it, seems like forever since I had a drink and with Mike being busy this afternoon and napping and then the shower, I rasp out, "This morning."

"And what about food, same?" he questions his accent getting thicker and I wonder if he's mad he only meet me a few moments ago and he's mad.

I can't find the words to say so I just nod and he frowns his black hair falls into his eyes, I want to reach out and run my fingers though it.

Where the hell did that come from, I shake my head to clear the little thought away and stand but as soon as I do I'm dizzy, falling before two large hands grab me and pull me into a large chest, my heart races and I start to panic but he puts his finger under my chin and lifts my face until I'm looking into his eyes.

"Never fear me slabyy svet , (little light)," he voice is soft begging me with his eyes to believe the words he's saying and I know I do he would never harm me, "I'm going to pick you up and get you food Da?"

"Yes," I whisper putting my trust in him for some reason is easy, "Are you German."

The words pop out of my mouth from no where and as he gently picks me up like I'm made of glass his chest rumbles with laughter.

"Nyet,no, I am from Russia," he smiles down at me.

He carries me into the house like I weigh nothing and sets me down on the worktop before opening the fridge and looking inside when his phone starts to play the James bond tune.

"Jett, Da, I found her, I know, I forgot," he smiles softly as he looks at me, "nyet she fell asleep on the swing, no she's fine ok tell them kitchen."

"Your brother is pulling apart the house," he says going back to the fridge he pulls out a bottle of water and hands it to me, "Phoenix will cook."

"I can cook," I smile up at him as he comes to stand between my legs, my heart picks up again.

He slowly lifts his hand to my face and rubs one finger softly on my cheek, I feel hot all over at his soft touch I have never felt like this before so safe and hot.

"Nyet, not tonight," he whispers in my ear before planting a soft kiss on my head, "Ty tak krasiva (you are so beautiful).

Before I can say anything Mike and Phoenix burst thought the door and I hide in the large Russian chest in front of me as he rumbles with laughter that re-starts the fire in my stomach.

"Winter?" Mike says softy coming up at my side, "How did you do it Zeek?"

"Do what?" the Russian, no Zeek says as he rubs a big hand down my back I tense and he stops and bends down his lips brush against my ear, "I will never hurt you."

I nod into his chest and he slowly rubs my back again, I stay tense but he keeps slowly rubbing I wait for the pain but all i can hear is his words in my head such honesty in them that I don't feel afraid and after a few minutes I relax and peek out at Mike.

Mike standing next to me looking between me and Zeek, a shocked look takes over his face and just behind him stands Phoenix, Jett and another boy who looks just like Jett I look between the two the look so alike but I know who Jett is, I don't know how I know but I do.

"How did you do it?" Mike repeats as I look up at his worried expression as he looks over me.

"We had a little chat, right slabyy svet ,(little light)," he says softly and I look up at him as he smirks down at me and I nod, he will never hurt me.

"Right are you ok Winter," Mike says looking a little lost, I very rarely let anyone close even him and no has touch my back without a fit of screams.

I nod and smile before looking back at the other three who all stare back at me Jett twin smiles and at me.

"Hey this is Jax," he says pointing at Jett, I frown and look over them again but there are eyes give them away.

Jett eyes are soft, happy light where as Jax eyes have pain hidden inside, I stare into his puppy dog eyes trying to find the answer to his pain.

"No he is Jett," I point to Jett as both there mouths fall open and stare at me in disbelief.

Phoenix goes behind them frowns at the back of there heads before staring back at me, "How did you know, even we can't tell from the front."

I feel my face heat as they all look at me like a puzzle they can't figure out and my mouth goes dry so I take a drink from the water bottle as they all stare at me I fidget a little so Zeek starts rubbing my back again.

"I, well, there eyes are different," I say to no one as I look down and play with the bottom of my top.

"There the same," Zeek says as I left me head he looks back ad forth between the two.

"No one has ever been able to tell the difference between us, no one," Jaz whispers in disbelief," At least not from the front."

"That's because she is special, da," Zeek whispers but everyone in the room turns back to us as my face flames again, "Phoenix she needs food."

Everyone seems to snap out of it and start helping make food but Zeek never leaves my side, we don't talk we just are and its nice, I forgot what it was like to feel safe, to just be next to someone and not worry.

I feel so guilty I have kept Mike at arms length never hugging him and he lost so much to, I have been a scared, selfish little girl and I will try harder do better, I can only try.

Dinner is quick and quiet which I am glad for all the boys glance between me and Zeek lost in there own thoughts and Zeek eats like a man starved and he eats three times as much as I can.

After tea I walk up to Mike, I force my body to relax as I hug him, at fist he just stands there and then he wraps his arms around me, after a few minutes I let go and look up at him, tears fill his tried eyes.

"Goodnight," I whisper before heading off to bed.

I feel lighter, better like the world does not look so dark who would of thought someone as big and scary looking as Zeek could with just a few soft words make me feel better not even close to healed but better and that's a start.
