Kiss Me, Please

Characters: Livy and Brad

Situation: after MrsCEO

Livy has told him everything about her life in Paris and suggested that someday she would love to travel there with him and show him around. Plus they could take Hal with them and go to Euro Disney which he would love.

"Please tell me about life with Hal." She asked him as they were eating their dessert.

"Life with Hal is amazing, messy, terrifying but so rewarding." He smiles making her do so. "He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and yes, he did not come at the best time but he is my life now."

"That is sweet." Livy says.

"He is just so unexpected. You never know what is going to happen next and no matter what you can't stop yourself for loving him." He says. "The day he was born was the best of my life. He was so tiny and the first time I held him in my arms I was so overwhelmed by love that I can't explain it."

"It must have been amazing." She comments.

"At first, he was a nightmare though. He cried so much with anything and everything. Sometimes I just wanted to give up because I was so tired. My family was the best and helped me so much and the hospital allowed me a few months off so I could take care of him. Anyways, it was overwhelming most of the time." Brad explained.

"But you pulled through." She tries to cheer him up.

"I did but with a lot of struggles. I thought about giving him up for adoption once as result of the stress but then I saw his little face and I wanted to hurt myself just because the thought gazed my mind." He explained.

Livy took the moment of raw honesty to put her hand over his in support. His sadness disappeared and a small smile appeared on his lips. She smiled back encouraging him to continue.

"Eventually months passed and everything improved. With every milestone Hal achieved I was more and more proud of him. What can I say, he is my little man." He says.

"He is really cute. I think I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him." She confesses.

"Yes, he tends to do that with people. I think I am beginning to be a bit jealous of him though." He joked making her blush and chuckle.

"Well I am a bit in love with you too." She confesses.

"Just a bit? I am a hell of a lot in love with you." He confesses.

"Yes, me too." She admits. "Do you think it would be weird?"

"What would be weird?" He asks.

"If we kiss. We have never kissed." She asks.

"No, I don't think so but we can try." He says with a smirk. "Kiss me, please."

"As you wish." She smiles.

Livy leans in and Brad does too. Their forehead touch and eventually their lips brush against each other's. He makes the final move that melds their lips together making her kiss back in an instant. Their eyes are closed as they enjoy their first kiss, so long awaited by both.

"I think this was the best kiss ever." He says after their kiss comes to an end.

"Mine as well." She mutters before leaning in for yet another kiss.

He complies without hesitation, one of his hands settling on her neck to pull her closer. After a while their lips separate again, gasping for air and yet longing for more lip-locking.

"I am embarrassed, anyone can see us here." She says when she realise some people giving them a disapproving gaze at their effusive kissing in a public restaurant.

"Maybe we should go home." He suggests then turning red when he realised the naughty implication he just made. "I mean, to talk and kiss without being judge. We don't have to do anything further."

Livy laughs at his awkwardness and agrees with him. After he paid the bill, which she complained about, they made their way to his car. He asked her if he wanted to go to her apartment or preferred to go to his. She answered that she preferred to go to his because since she recently moved, she had nothing settled in place plus barely anything to eat or drink. Secretly, she longed to see his apartment now that he had a son. Before it was a proper bachelor apartment but now she guessed things would have changed.

They arrived to the familiar building and stepped out of the car. The elevator took them to his floor and everything was just as Livy remembered it. When he opened the front door she instantly awed at the new decoration. Many of the old bachelor decoration remained on the living room and open kitchen but there were toys everywhere and all was child-proved.

He showed her around trying to avoid many of the large toys that Hal had left around the living room. Brad was embarrassed about it and apologising by saying that they did not have time to put everything away before leaving. Livy assumed she was okay with it and deep down she loved him and Hal a bit more because of the chaotic state of the apartment.

Brad showed her Hal's room. It was blue with stars on the ceiling that illuminated in the dark. There was a cot in which he usually slept and a wardrove with his clothes. A small table with two equally small chairs that had white sheets of paper and a case with colourful pencils. Hal also had a small shelf with several books as well as a framed picture of Brad holding him as a new-born.

"He was so tiny." She comments admiring the picture.

"I told you." He said.

Livy admired the picture wishing it had been their son instead of his and Martha's. However, there's nothing that could be changed now and she felt a huge love for Hal, a motherly type of love.

"His room is very cute." Livy says as they walk to the kitchen where he pulled a bottle of red wine open.

"Thanks. Violet and Brit decorated it." He confesses.

"I will give them credit for that." She says before taking a sip of the wine. "I know this is probably going to sound really weird but deep down I wish Hal was our son."

"It is going to sound even more weird if I say that I do too." He confesses as well.

He pulls her closer and kisses her making her smile into the kiss.

"But Martha is his mother and I respect that." Livy said.

"Martha is only his biological mother but has no legal rights or any emotional attachment to him." He tells her.

"I know but still, she is his mother." Livy insisted.

"I wish things weren't the way they were. I wish you and I could have gotten together earlier. I would not have been sleeping around and you wouldn't have meet fucking Jonathan." He says bitterly when the name of someone he deeply hated was mentioned. "We could be married and then we could have had Hal and who knows maybe more kids would be on the way."

"Shh!" Livy stops his rant. "Let's not think about the what if's, let's focus on the now. And right now, I just want you to kiss me, please."

A/N: I am not going to bother apologising again. I haven't had time to write and the little time I had I was too tired to do so. So many things going on but hopefully now I will be able to finish this. We are not that far from the end although I don't know for sure how I am going to finish this story so we wait.

Also I have nothing new for you either. In the little time I had in which I was inspired to write, I came up with a few stories but none seemed to turn into what I wanted so nothing new I'm afraid :( But I have to finish this first so that is the priority right now.

How are you guys? I have missed you.
