A/n Hello my angels!!! I just wanted to let you know that I'm working on setting up face claims for the characters, aside from the ones you already know. And one character I have officially decided on is that Mr. S will be Adam Levine. Anyways, I'm really sorry this chapter will be shorter, it's more of a filler to give more of an atmosphere to the story. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy! Remember to comment and vote, it would make me happy. <3

I chew the inside of my cheek. It's been an entire week  Mr. S made Finn and me sit next to each other, and we've made no effort to engage in a conversation. Let alone a brief "Hello."

We just exchange glances.

Sometimes I catch him looking at me. But only for about 2.5 seconds, and then he immediately looks away. Will I ever muster up the courage to actually talk to him?

I turn and look at him. He's biting his lip again. I've taken note that Finn always does this when he's deep in thought.

That's it, I'm doing it.

I reach over and tap his shoulder. He looks up at me with a blank face.

"Hi." I whisper. Mr. S has a movie playing that everyone is supposed to watch for fun. It's another rainy day and nobody can go outside because the rain is harsh, and there are flood warnings. "What urks me the most is that school isn't even cancelled." I say, trying to make things less awkward.

"If the world were ending, we'd still have school." Nothing. He just stares at me. "The least they could do is let us go home."

I hear a small, but audible hum come from him. He looks back to the screen and continues watching the movie.

A hum. That's all I get from him.

Jack turned around in his seat and chucked a crumbled paper in my face.

'Better luck next time, Molls.'
