Your eyes widened even further as finally all the puzzle pieces fell into place. A whole weapon arsenal? What did that mean? Was the blueprint really only a failed weapon? Did the Creepypastas completely target the wrong thing and so overlooking the important threat at hand?

But the real question was:

Were they accusing you of setting them on that side track?

You had absolutely no idea that there was a weapon arsenal. Did this mean that the FBI had a chance against these creatures? That they were actually way more developed than you had hoped and could kill them easily?

That you had an even bigger chance to get rescued and get out of this hellhole alive?

But that... Those things... The details... It didn't add up!

Why did they 'pretend' they couldn't do anything about those creatures? Why did they allow Rayne to get taken through the t.v.? Why did they allow Lee and so many other FBI agents to die for you, while they had a whole storage of useable weapons standing by?

Why... Did they allow them to take you and your friends?

Thousands of opportunities and thoughts flew through your head. You were pondering over the newfound questions, trying to get the loose ends together in order to find answers. You were thinking of the newfound possibilities and ways to get yourself, and your friends, completely freed.

With this conversation, a whole, big bottle of information had been opened up. And with that another hundred questions or so.

You were engulfed in your thoughts that you forgot to focus on the discussion at hand.

It was only because you felt Jeff's cheek against your own that you realized you had to continue on questioning, that you realized you needed to give Jeff more attention in order to get your answers. Your hand shot up and grabbed his own, pulling it away from your face as you pulled your body away entirely.

You needed to look him into his eyes, wanting to know if he told the truth or was just fucking with your mind.

"So, you mean to say... They think I know more of that arsenal?" You knew the answer to this question already, but somehow the small bliss of ignorance residing in your body hoped you were wrong. To your horror, Jeff's usual, sadistic smile and glimmer in his eyes told you enough and you immediately retreated your hand from his own.

"I don't! And even if I would, why would it matter anyway?" Jeff snorted loudly at your response, almost to the brink of laughing as he watched your shocked, angry and confused face. You had so many things to figure out even without knowing you had been set up all along.

"Oh, doll... You see it's not at all as easy as that tiny, little brain of you think it is. Those dumb fuckers make sure to secure every thingy they make... This weapon arsenal is only accessible by the one who created those weapons... He will either pass it on when he dies, or... The code and key will be lost forever, so to also seal everything inside it for greedy hands."

You gazed intently at the killer, thinking his words over and letting them seep into your mind... It is only accessible by the one who created it... To make sure that when he or she dies the weapons can't fall into the wrong hands...

Probably because they are not tested yet... Or too dangerous to really use.... Or not complete and so not usable... Or because no one else can create these weapons like he/she can... Or merely because the higher ups didn't want them to use them?
