Disaster Day - Part 2

We get back to the cinema and I spot the two five year olds standing together looking like they've been crying.

"Put me down, I don't want to scare them anymore." I tell Liam who obliges after a short argument and we walk/Hobble over to them.

"Summer, Harry I'm so glad that you two are ok." I say bringing them in for a hug and wincing in pain slightly as I do.

"You ok Jess?" Liam asks noticing my pain.

"Yeah Fine." I respond just as the others turned up. Liam had texted them and they had been near by although it looks like they ran.

"Where did you go, I thought you were following us?" Lily asks them.

"We were but we stopped to stroke a dog and then we couldn't see you." Summer tells me quietly.

"Mike says you always have to find something familiar when you're lost so we came back here." Harry adds.

"That was a good Idea." Lily tells them.

"We better be getting back before Mike notices." Liam adds.

Since I wasn't exactly in the best place after my collision with the motorcycle Liam had made me get a piggy back from him whilst Frank did the same with Harry and Lily, Tee and Summer Held hands.

"Where have you lot been?" Mike questions as we arrive at the dumping ground.

"We got lost." Harry tells him and I groan at his brutal honesty.

"Ohh I bet Mike had a go at you for that."

I just smile and continue the story.

Me and Harry get off of the older boys backs and stand which for me is agony so I lean on Liam.

"Right my office now Harry, Summer go and play." Mike says angrily and they run off.

"We didn't get lost, Harry thought we were lost before we went for burgers but we just went a different way, Frank you didn't forget to text Mike again did you?" Liam questions.

Frank pulls out his phone and taps a few buttons.

"looks like there was no reception, didn't go through." Frank replies.

"Right and how did you pay for these burgers?" Mike questions.

"Me and Frank had money we saved for that party you wouldn't let us go too." Liam tells him.

"I can't condone a rifle shooting party." Mike says. Yes that's what Liam's friends call a party apparently.

"right, well I know you girls already had money so I'll let you off." Mike says and we all file out of the office.

I go straight to mine and Summer's room which takes a while due to the amount of stairs.

"Jess are you ok?" Liam asks.

"Yeah." I standing up from the bed but as I do so, I collapse in pain.

"I'm going to get Mike." Liam tells me before the room goes black.

What happened to you?

I woke up in hospital

I wake up later feeling drowsy and weird as I adjust to the surroundings which I now recognise as being a hospital. Mike's sitting next to me in the big hospital chair.

"Jess You're awake?" Mike smiles back at me.

"What happened?" I ask slightly confused.

"You passed out in your room. You had internal bleeding and a broken arm, they had to operate. Jess what happened?" Mike asks.

"A motorbike hit me this afternoon." I tell him.

"Jess you've been in the hospital for 2 days since you went to the cinema and burger joint. Did anyone see you get hit?" Mike tells me.

"Erm No, I walked out of the burger joint needed some air. Liam came out a little while later but I told him I was fine. 2 Days? I've been in here 2 days?" I lie since I didn't want to get us in trouble.

"Yeah but the meds mean you haven't been awake. You're going to be here for at least a couple more. Do you want me to get Tracy to bring Summer up so she can see you?" He asks.

"Yes please." I reply.

Tracy brings summer and to my surprise Liam up a little while later.

||Present Day||

"So yeah I came out of the hospital Yesterday." I tell her.

"Oh my good, so are you ok now?" Carmen questions.

"Yeah apart from the arm." I say holding up my left arm which is in a cast.

"Oh good." She says smiling.

"Oh yeah and there was a bust up between Johnny and Frank."
