Oh Thalia

Shout out to @Paulinarice1 and @AnastasiaLuna for gussing what was gonna happen. Originally it was my original idea, but I changed it. But seeing those comments made me bring that plot back again. :)

Annabeth's POV

"I lied Annie."

"Thalia." I speak and she hugs me.

"Thalia, you're so big. You should only be a few months."

She looks up at me. "I know Annie, I lied." She starts crying. "I messed up big time."

"Here Percy take Ashton." I hand him him and he takes him upstairs for bed. He comes back down and takes Penny back up too.

"Sit Thalia, please." I tell her and she holds my arm and I lead her to the couch. She seems really weak.

"So what happened?" I ask her.

She sighs. "I was 8 months along and-"

"Wait hold on. You told me that you told a couple months ago you were five weeks."

"Like I said, I lied. I was 6 or so months when I told you. I just hid it." She starts crying.

"So what happened?" I comfort her.

She sniffles. "Well I started feeling pains in my stomach and I got scared so I went to the doctor that you recommended. I had the baby. It was a little girl."

I gasp. "You were the girl who left the baby there. You named her Juliet."

"Juliet? No, no her name is Sarah-Leigh. Her middle name is Juliet. They must have heard me wrong." She shakes her head cradles her head in her hands.

I rub her back. "Shh, it's fine, it's fine. We can fix it."

She wipes her eyes. "What happened to her?"

"They are trying to find her mother, you, or Sally was gonna take her." I tell her. "I have to ask, why did you leave?"

She sniffles. "Travis went AWOL after his mothers funeral. And I didn't know if I could handle a baby and fight monsters off at the same time. So I panicked when I saw Percy and you walk in." She cries some more. "I didn't want to leave Sarah-Leigh but she was just born and I didn't want to risk getting her sick. So I left her there." She starts balling.

"Shhh, don't cry anymore. We can call the doctors and tell them that we found the mother and then we can take you to the office to get Sarah-Leigh." I tell her.

"Okay." She wipes away her tears and I hand her some tissues.

"Let me go call the doctor." I pat her back and go make the call.

The next day I'm driving Thalia to Dr. Craig's office. She stayed over last night. We only had to fight one monster on the way. So that's good.

We pull up at the office and walk inside. Courtney, the front desk lady, see's me and nods at me letting me know we can go back.

"Common Thalia." I urge her since she's lagging behind.

I lead her to an exam room where we wait. Dr. Craig comes in and tells me I have to leave the room because a psychiatrist has to come and talk with Thalia. I'm lead to another room where a nurse is feeding a baby.

"Is that Juliet?" I question even though I know it's Sarah-Leigh.

She looks up. "Yeah. You want to hold her?"

"Yes." She hands me Sarah-Leigh.

"Hi baby." I coo. I smile at her and rock her for awhile.

Thalia walks in and Dr. Craig follows behind her. She looks at me and motions for me to follow her out into the hall.
