Annabeth's POV
Beep beep beep.
Waking up to that isn't pleasant. It's my heart monitor telling them if I'm alive or not. I really wish I was at the camp infirmary. Maybe I could get some ambrosia to help fix everything. I look to my right to find a nurse adding something to my IV.
"Excuse me." She looks up.
"Yes miss."
"What exactly happened?" I wonder.
"Well your blood pressure was very high, and that caused your baby distress, which caused you to go into early labor." She explains.
I suck in my breath.
"Oh honey, the baby's fine now. We stopped your labor. But to be safe you have to stay here until the baby is born." She try's to soothes me.
"Really." I squeak. "Where's my husband?"
"Oh I think he said something about getting some medication for a headache." She says and leaves the room.
I reach for my phone on the tray. I dial Percy's number hoping he picks up.
"Hello." He answers.
"Where are you Percy?"
"I'm with Dr. Craig talking about other options for you."
"Oh okay. When will yo-"
"Sorry. I have to go." He cuts me off. I hear a click signaling that the call has been discounted.
I sigh and set the phone back on the tray. I rub my belly to help me calm down. What the heck have I gotten myself in.
Am I fit to me a mother of three? I don't even think I'm fit to be a mother. I should have died when the knife went in my back. Maybe I shouldn't have married him.
"Stop thinking like this Annabeth." I tell myself out loud. "It's just the stupid medication they have me on."
I rest my head on my pillow and try to sleep.

"Annabeth." Someone says rocking me awake.
"What?" I groan. Please tell me it's not another nurse poking and prodding at me.
I open one eye to see a sea-green one. "What Perseus?" I yawn.
"I figured something out." He tells me. I sit up. This is going to be interesting.
"What did you figure out." I raise an eyebrow in disbelief.
He rolls his eyes but smiles. "Well," He kisses my nose. "I figured out that you can rest at home comfortably with an Apollo camper coming to check on you." He smiles proudly.
"What about treatment. The pain?" I ask.
"I have some ambrosia tablets to help with that. We just have to be careful on how much you take. It could harm the baby if you take the wrong dosage." He lectures.
"Oh when did you get all so smart Seaweed Brain?" I smirk.
"I've always been smart. I guess it was hidden behind all that seaweed." He says very cocky.
I laugh. "Oh really?" I blush.
He leans over towards me. "Yes really." He steals a kiss.

"Okay Annabeth let me help you." Percy's takes my hand and guides me up the steps to the house. He opens the door for me.
"Mommy!" Is what I hear when I go through the door. The twins rush towards me.
