G I F : Barbara Palvin- MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY! (Two days after Christmas ;) ;) Sorry, the Christmas decorations are still up at my place!!)

The trip to Annica's house was dreadfully tedious and chaotic, with the only 'interesting part' of the car ride being the unbelievably futuristic interior of Elaine's shiny, black BMW. The leather seat in which Jasmine sat on glimmered as if it had been polished a thousand times over, and the touch buttons at the front of the BMW were mysteriously fascinating as they glowed in the dark.
The car was packed with teenage girls who didn't look a day over twenty-five...thanks to the help of expensive make-up and very revealing party clothes. They sang, or rather, screamed to a club song on the radio, the bottles of alcohol in their handbags softly clinking against each other. Half of them paid no attention to the fact that they were behaving like wild animals, and that if an accident would happen, they would fly immediately into the windscreen of the car. In fact, Jasmine and Elaine seemed like the only two people who had a possibility of not dying in an accident. They knew well and truly that the seat belts didn't exist for nothing.
By the end of the car ride, Jasmine felt as if she had emerged from a bath of perfume. As soon as the car pulled up at Annica's place, she thrust the door open, and almost rolled onto the concrete, desperately gasping for breathable Oxygen.
"Are you okay, hun?" One of the girls asked her. "You look a bit pale."
"She's okay," Elaine answered. "She's just nervous...it's her first party!" Elaine looped her arm around Jasmine's. "Do you see all those people arriving?" She pointed to the cars, and the groups of people making their way to a large two-story house. "This is how large the sea will get tonight. Don't forget to pick your fish!"
Jasmine blankly stared at the house from across the road. She could see that the windows were brightly lit, changing colours every few seconds, and that a disco ball was revolving in an area where many people were dancing. An upbeat club music could be heard, as well as the stomping of a hundred dancing feet, which mimicked her thudding heartbeat.
Suddenly, the anxiousness in the pits of her stomach lessened, and she felt her tensed muscles relax. If she ignored the loud music, and if she found an area that was clear of people quick enough, then everything was going to be okay. She was definite about it.
Jasmine drew in a large breath, and stepped courageously onto the road, only to stumble backwards in utter shock as a car carelessly whizzed by. Red in colour it was, without a roof, and most of its passengers were wearing a pair of sunglasses (even though the sun was far from sight), perhaps to protect themselves from the incredibly harmful moonlight.
"Sorry beautiful!" The driver's voice sounded abnormally familiar.
Jasmine looked up just in time to catch him wink at her, and turn to the road with a huge, flirtatious smile, his platinum blond hair disheveled by the warm wind. What a cheeky rascal (no laughing and smiling of any kind involved).
"What a cheeky rascal." Elaine giggled, leading Jasmine across the road. "I've told him his driving was reckless MANY times, and he NEVER listens to me." They stopped at the edge of a perfectly mowed lawn. "I suggest we go in without them." She nodded towards the group of girls behind her, who were already flirting with males from Blackwater secondary. "They're a pain in the arse."
