If you ask me
It's all a sham.
They give you sanity,
And say, "yes, you can."
But, really, what is sanity?
Fake reassurance that
You're in control.
It's a cage in your mind,
Foolishness, it is full.
From time to time,
We realize this point,
But then, they lie again,
And again.
Sanity is a sham,
You'll agree with me, too.
Because, really, you can't.
And there's nothing you can do.
