"Miss James and Mister Parker!" a stern voice brought us back to reality.
"Really in a broom closet? I thought you would have more dignity then that!" I looked to see the janitor Mr. Tall grinning at us.
Mr. Tall is awesome. He's like a teenager but older.
"Sorry Tall," Morgan said as he took me off his lap.
My face was burning. Holy hell. That was very embarrassing. I don't know what came over me. Why was I kissing Morgan? I fixed my hair and dashed off. But guess who decides to follow me?
"Ray where are you going?" Morgan's brown eyes stared into mine.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have kissed you," I said as I looked everywhere but at him.
"Raven Cindy James! Just acknowledge that Angelo doesn't like you. Why would he," Morgan yelled at me.
I flinched at his last words.
Why would he.....
I couldn't help it. Tears started to swarm my eyes. I hate how people yell at me. I couldn't help it. Morgan now realized what he said. He took a step towards me.
"Ray that's not what I mean-"
"No you're right. Why would he? I'm just a Tomboy who guys only think of as their friend. Who would want to go with with Ray?" I screamed at him.
Morgan tried reaching for me.
"Don't," I snarled at him.
He dropped his hand.
"Yeah, that's what I thought," my voice cracked as I walked away.
