Part Twenty-Four.
Aiden age 15.
"You excited?" Lucas asked, his hand running up my bare stomach.
"About what?" I asked cautiously.
He smiled, knowing what I was thinking. "You get your cast off today, remember?"
"Oh, that. Yeah, I guess I am."
"I know I am. I can't wait to get rough again."
"You'd like that, wouldn't you?"
He laughed and kissed me, his hips pressed against mine.
"You really know how to cheer me up."
"It's my specialty." He said, putting his hands on the pillow beside my head. He kissed me again.
I dug my nails into his back and moaned into his shoulder.
"Come with me." He whispered, grabbing my legs and pulling me closer to him. He stood up, holding me against him, and walked into the bathroom. He locked the door behind him and started the shower.
"You're not serious."
"What?" Lucas asked, breathless.
"You're going to kill me."
He rolled his eyes. "Who said we're going in there?"
I raised my eyebrows but didn't have time to respond. Lucas laid me down on the soft rug and almost immediately went back to what he'd been doing just minutes before.
I was thankfully for the shower then as I moaned so loud I was surprised my mother didn't hear it.
"You're welcome." He whispered, in my ear.

Lucas pulled the sweatshirt, his sweatshirt, down over my stomach and stuck his hands in the pocket. He pulled out a five dollar bill and put it in his jeans pocket. "No way am I letting you steal this."
"Five dollars is nothing compared to all the clothes I have of yours."
"I need it to buy more."
"Oh, right." I ran my finger over the scar just under his eye.
"What are you thinking about? Right now."
"I miss your hat. You know, the one you used to wear 24/7 when we were younger."
He smiled. "I still haven't found it."
"It'll turn up someday."
He kissed me. "I hope so."
I laid my head on his shoulder. "Thank you. For today and the past... however many days."
"There's no one else I'd want to spend those days with."
"Do you think we'd ever get married?"
"The only way I'm getting married is if you're in a dress." He said, laughing.
"If it meant marrying you, I'd do it in a heartbeat."
He laughed even harder and hugged me. "I can't wait to see that."
"I love you."
"I love you more."
