Anahita's pov
After one year
I was sitting in my office and was enjoying my morning coffee. Though I am enjoying with my work I feel very lonely inside sometimes.
I took over my dad's business because I have promised him that I will help my dad at any cost and I am happy with that decision because my hotels were one of the top five hotels in the state now.
I have worked very hard to get into this position in just one year and I am really glad about it.
I am staying with Disha in her apartment because I don't want her to feel alone because she was there with me when I needed her the most. She was there with me when I am happy or sad or alone.
The thing which I like more about her is that she is caring about others.
I am really feel lucky to have a cousin like that. Though she is my cousin she is my elder sister to me.I don't know what I will do if she gets married and move off with her husband.
I am really scared that I will be alone after her marriage. This is what I am scared off the most. The people which I like the most will go away far from me.
First Shaan , then my father and then Disha. My father condition is not good because he has a high BP problem.
He even got heartattack few months back and doctors said that he has a chances of getting again in near future and I am really scared of that.Omg! I gasped when I saw my watch it's 10 am. I have a meeting to attend with Mr.singhania.
He arranged a meeting to discuss about our new project and there are many businessmen invited.
I made my way towards the parking where my driver is waiting for me because I don't like to drive cars though I know how to drive. I have my own reasons.
I hopped inside the backseat of the car and grabbed the newspaper Which was kept on the backseat and started reading.
Soon I reached Mr.singhania's office where the meeting is held.
People say I am very young to handle the business but I don't fucking care about them because I am 24. Isn't this age is enough. And the most annoying thing some people ask is 'when will you marry' ughhhh..I just don't fucking understand what is their problem if I marry or not.
I don't like people poking their nose in others business.... I mean this is the most ridiculoustestestest....thing ever.
I walked up to his office where the meeting is held.
I greeted all members and took a seat beside a man which is of my father's age.
Soon the meeting started and I was keenly listening to it.
From the corner of my eyes I saw the man who was sitting beside is looking confused and he even started sweating.
I guess he was feeling shaky.
The man sitting beside me excused himself and got up from his seat.
But as soon as he got up to leave he collapsed on the floor.
I jumped out of my seat and kneeled down to see if he is okay or not.
All the members in the meeting gasped by seeing the man.
"Uncle!" I said and reached towards his hand to check his pulse.
His pulse rate was higher than normal.
