Chapter 15

Tris's POV

I am so scared. I will start to cry any time now. The tears are coming. Tobias is lying on the ground trying to sleep.

I am holding Christina and crying. Our house... our town is destroyed. Why do we have to go through this.

What about Zeke and Uriah!  I hope they are ok. I can't drive now. The car was smashed by a tree.

I start to walk over to Uriah's house until I hear it. I hear gun shots. it's too late. I am on the ground with Christina in my arms...

Tobias's POV

I wake up to find Tris and Christina missing. Then I hear gun shots and I run. I don't even know what I am doing until I see her.

Tris is on the ground with blood all around her. Christina is unconscious next to her. I scream really loud.

My phone was destroyed in the tornado.  I can't call an ambulance,  so instead I pick them up and run.

Tris is barely breathing... Then I see her. The one that shot Tris. I run up to her and punch her so hard to falls to the ground unconscious.

I don't pick her up, I just leave her. How dare she kill my Tris! Wait! Tris isn't dead yet... Run Tobias run!

I run as fast as I can to the hospital which is a mile away. I can see the top of it and I run even faster. Tris has to live! She has to.

Then I remember Christina who is unconscious in my arms. This makes me run even faster. Then I realize... What if the hospital is damaged!?

I run a couple blocks and see that the hospital is not damaged at all. I run even faster now,  if that's possible.

I reach the hospital doors and realize how busy they are with the tornado who injured people. Tris was shot not injured by a tornado.

"Help! She was shot and my daughter is unconscious!" I start to cry as I say the words. The nurses and doctors run over and wheel them away.
