Chapter 11

No one's POV

"It's me, Jae... I heard about what happened..." The man named 'Jae' said in the other side of the walkie talkie.

"J-jae?!!" Lay turned his head towards Mark who was talking to Jae on the walkie talkie. "The Jae?!"

"Uhm... I hear you Lay.. and .. I don't know what you mean by 'the Jae'... But, I am Jae so... I dunno... I guess I could be 'the Jae' you're talkin' 'bout.." he replied.

"Uhm.. just to be sure.. which Jae are you?" Kyungsoo went closer to Mark, going in front of Giah a bit, so he would be heard through the walkie talkie. Giah, bit her lower lip seeing how close Kyungsoo was, she looked down so no one would notice how awkward she felt.

Kyungsoo soon realized what he was doing, and thought that it was impolite, especially because Giah was the president's daughter, he moved away quickly and bowed his head, "forgive me for my actions ms. Yun" he bowed once more.

Giah placed her hands in front of her, shaking them "it's okay! It's no big deal" she laughed awkwardly.

He laughed awkwardly as well.. then finally Jae answered.

"Jae... Jae Park.." Jae replied in a 'duh' tone.

Kyungsoo moved closer to Mark again slowly "Uhm.. excuse me ms. Yun" he bowed politely, and she bowed back.

"Go ahead" she smiled.

"Uh.. which Jae Park? So many Jae Parks and Parks in Korea so.. " Kyungsoo asked again.

Mark stared at Giah and Kyungsoo with a weird expression, but shrugged it off.

"Ugh.. really Kyungsoo? Isn't my voice familiar or anything?!" Jae asked annoyed.

"Well what if it's not you?" Kyungsoo replied, "what if you're a guy imitating the 'original Jae'?"

"What do you want me to say or do, to let you believe me?" Jae asked.  "Whatever it is I'll prove it to you I'm 'the Jae'! I'll do what you ask me!" he said confidently.

The boys started thinking, while Giah sat quietly between Mark and Kyungsoo, not knowing what to say or do... Or think.. for the man named Jae, she didn't know he was.

Jin smiled to himself, having an idea, "I know exactly what to ask. Bring it here Mark" Jin told Mark.

Mark handed the walkie talkie to the front and Lay took it from Mark's hand, then placed it right infront of Jin.

Jin leaned forward a bit and spoke to Jae, "Here's my question Jae... Oh by the way, before I ask you, are the other guys with you?"

"Yeah.. they're with me. They can hear whatever you're about say. Why? Should they not hear it?" Jae replied.

"Nope.. heh.. Perfect" Jin grinned, then continued speaking, "so... Is Brian there?"

After that question, someone else answered , "WHO'S BRIAN?!!!" He screamed from the backround.

They all went silent for a moment then bursted out laughing.

Giah didn't understand of course, she didn't know those guys, so she still stayed silent, awkwardly while they all laughed.

While they kept laughing and laughing, Giah couldn't help but laugh along with them. Why you may ask, she didn't understand the joke, or even know Brian or Jae, but the reason why she started laughing, was because she realized how cute Mark's laugh was. He kept laughing like... A kid you may say which made Giah smile, from ear to ear.

They heard Jae, and a few more people laughing, then someone replied, "that is not! That is not funny!! I am serious! WHO IS BRIAN?!" He asked again. But it just made the boys laugh again.

Lay handed the walkie talkie back to Mark, "Haha. Okay.. enough of this" Mark laughed.

"Anyway... Why'd you call?" Mark asked.

"Like I said earlier, I heard about what happened.. about... Jungkook. I feel- I mean we feel so bad right now.. not sure about what happened to him.." Jae replied.

"H-how'd you know about it?" Mark asked shocked. "No one should bring out this kind of information!" Said Mark.

Kyungsoo faced palmed, "ugh... These guys.. just can't keep their mouths shut.."

Jae laughed "yeah, haha. Yeah they can't" he replied.

Then someone shouted from the walkie talkie "It's Bambam!!" He had a low voice. (Probably Dowoon😂)

Mark sighed "He's so dead.."

Jae laughed again "yeah. Haha. I see that coming. Haha." Then he cleared his throught and got serious. "Anyway.. since we've realized what those guys can do, like get Junkook... We saw how trained these guys are. It's unusual that they're able to take Junkook, a well trained body guard.."

"Yeah.. it's unusual.." Jin said silently.

"So.. we're planning to join you guys... We have to. It's safe that way."

"What?!" They all screamed in unison.
