A/N: Yo! Karylle is absent in Showtime today and it is sad. (May 14, 2014) I am encountering internet connection problems and it is sad. I am experiencing Dysmenorrhea and it is sad. I still haven't given my mom a mothers' day gift and it is sad.

Sorry for the overuse of 'it is sad'.

This chapter also has a flashback that's not included in the past chapters.(I suck at those. Sorry.)

I am kinda running out of ideas so please suggest some. Hehe.

Karylle's POV

"So...what happened?" Lauren asked me for the nth time. "We're okay, okay?" I briefly answered and can't get the smile off my face. I sat down the couch and grunted. Hungover sucks.

"You can't go to Showtime wearing that," she said as if it's the most obvious thing in the world. The statement made even jump off the couch and run upstairs.

I can't be absent today. For a fact, maybe Vice would be. God, we should not drink during business days.

I put on a casual outfit—maong shorts, long-sleeved blouse with a heart on front, D Squared Eyeglasses and Adidas shoes. Leaving my hair in a messy bun, I sprayed some perfume and put on light make up and I'm good to go.

When I went downstairs, Lau was nowhere in sight. But as I got to the front porch, she's in her car. The window rolled down. "Get in! Male-late ka na!" She yelled. I frantically ran and hopped in, thanking God I didn't wear heels.

The girl beside me kept on cussing. It is actually a little bit annoying but reasonable. The traffic's heavy and I have already accepted that I'm gonna be late for my call time. Psh.

Pulling my phone out, I saw that I have three texts. One from Billy, one from my sister Coco and one from Yael.

<Phone Conversation>

Billy: Papasok ka ba ngayon sa Showtime?

Me: Yes and currently caught in traffic. :(

Billy: Ikaw nalang at si Vice ang kulang...Paunahan kayo! Hehe

Me: Malapit na ako! Haahaha. Teka, 'di pa ba kayo nagsisimula?

Billy: Ito na nga eh, haha. Ingat!

<End of Phone Conversation>

I need to be there earlier than him. You see, I have this feeling that the one who arrives last would treat late lunch. And I don't want to! Yes, I'm such a cheapskate. Haha. (╯3╰)

I proceeded to read Coco's text.

<Phone Conversation>

Coco: Are you and Yael official?

Me: Let's meet up later and I'll tell you about it.

Coco: So it is true?

Me: Yep. Oh and tell Zia to tag along.

Coco: I knew it! Alright. See you!

<End of Phone Conversation>

It's about time that I spill the beans to my sisters. After all, they sorta 'predicted' it. And damn, it did came true.

I took a deep breath before opening the last text. Yael's message.

<Phone Conversation>

Baby: Hey, baby. Are you gonna go to Showtime? I know you still have a hungover so take care, okay? I love you.
