Karylle's POV

Frustrated, I opened the drawer of my bedside table and pulled out a small journal along with a pen. I scanned the pages, thinking of a song. "Ugh!" I grunted due to annoyance.

A familiar tone went off and I reached for my phone. It's Paolo Valenciano. "What do you want?" I asked. "Woah, woah, woah!" He exclaimed. "Hello din K!" "Sorry, Pao. But seriously, why did you call?" I said, massaging my temples. "Samahan mo naman ko dito sa Boracay, pleeease?" he begged and I could imagine him doing the puppy eyes thing on the other line.

I sighed and said yes. Well, I could use a break from all the drama. "Alright, see you, K!" he excitedly said then ended the call. Maybe a short vacation is what I need. But wait, what about the demo? I faced palm when I remembered that Pao has a recording booth that Tito Gary uses there.

Get yourself together, Karylle!

Yael's  POV

"Yael naman, sige na, please?" Paolo pleaded. I shook my head as I said no for the milionth time. "Wala naman kaming gagawin pero I just wanted to stay home for a while," I said and took a sip from my coke. "Sayang naman, pre! Kasama pa naman si Kulot," he said and I almost choked. "Kasama si K?" I asked, not hiding my curiousity. "Uh-huh," he replied, obvioiusly confused. "See you then," I answered and hung up.

I quickly packed my things. When I was done, something occurred to me. The early call time I told the guys! Ugh. God dammit!

Impulsively, I sent them a message saying that it would be cancelled, together with the explanation. I know they would understand. We are brothers!

Driving straight to the airport, I fortunately booked one the will be flying after an hour. I casually sat down by the waiting area and played games on my phone. A few minutes later, I got tired of playing so I turned my head around to see the people I'll be boarding the plane with. I was surprised to see a beautiful curly-haired girl taking a nap, a few seats away from me.

I can't help but stare at her and quietly thanked God for this. It's a weird coincidence that we are on the same flight, but whatever. I'm just too happy to even think about it. Before I knew it, a lady announced that we need to get into the plane, so I got  up from my seat and woke her up.

She quickly opened her eyes and fixed herself. "Oh my gosh. Buti nalang ginising mo--" but she didn't get to finish what she was saying because she was shocked to see me. I kept a poker face on and helped her with her bags.

To my surprise, we are designated to sit beside each other. After I took care of our bags, we sat down and this awkward atmosphere enveloped us. She kept on avoiding me, acting all busy. Suddenly, a bunch of lines popped into my head. I got my phone out and typed it.

Itikom ang bibig

Matay ibaling sa'kin

Pakinggan mo

Ang sasabihin ko

I looked at her again, only to catch her staring at me. She quickly looked away and I saw her cheeks reddened. I smiled to myself. "K," I called and she shyly turned her head.

"I understand that you want to keep our relationship private," I said and smiled at her. She began to tear up and pulled me into a hug. "Sorry," Karylle whispered and I kept on caressing her soft locks. She let go and asked, "Are you still mad at me?" I looked down as if in deep thought and answered yes in a teasing manner. Then, I felt her peck  my lips and put her head on my shoulder.

Oh, tell me, how can I stay mad at you?

A/N: Hey people. There is still part three coming up. But the thing is, it won't be published till August. Why? I made July as my NO FANGIRLING month so yeah.

Thanks for reading and peace!
