A/N: Hey, you guys! Yeah, the title is quite long. It is a line from the song "Cold As You" by Taylor Swift. You may click on the video attached by the side for you to hear it. It is an old song of Swift, but it is really beautiful...and sad. I guess you have an idea of what this chapter is all about. *Dun Dun Dun Dun*

Yael's POV

"Kuya," Ysab said as we were on our way upstairs. "Karylle seems like a really nice girl." I can't help but smile upon hearing this. "Hell yeah, she is," I said whilst messing with her hair. She moved away a little, pretending to be irritated. Just as we were about to go inside the small recording booth, she told me something that made me feel scared yet happy at the same time. "If you ever break her heart, I'd be the first to punch you in the face." She's my sister and I know it when she's serious.

I just shrugged and nodded. Instantly, my little sis sat down on one of the chairs in front of the monitoring computer. "Let's resume?" Armo asked, turning his guitar on. "Sure," I said and started where we left off. Almost an hour after a series of editing here and there, oh and a lot of whining from my sister, we finally finished the song.

"Sa wakas!," I exclaimed. "We just have to wait for Tmac and Gosh," Armo said, checking out the recordings. My head tilted to my right because of Ysab. "I am hungrrrry," she complained while slumping down on the chair and slightly spinning it. It reminds me of K.

"Woah, what's that smell?" Ysabel said. "Heaven! It seems like ate Karylle cooked some carbonara." The two smiled teasingly at me and I just laughed it off. What can I say? I'm lucky enough to have someone like her.

Soon enough, we heard some car engine. Finally. "They took long enough to get here." Armo said. "Tsk tsk. Traffic these days." I nodded in agreement and compiled all the lyric sheets.

"'Sup, guys!" Gosh greeted and looked quite surprised to see my sis. "Oh, hey there, Ysab! It's nice to see you!" He then pulled her into a brotherly bear hug. "You fine people should go downstairs before Tmac eats up all the pasta!" He said, running out of the room. And without hesitations, so did Ysabel and Armo. Well, thay all seem excited about eating huh.

And me? Let's just say I am thrilled to taste that dish. But more excited to see my baby.  Yeah, I saw her an hour ago but still. I will never ever get tired of seeing her angelic face.

When I arrived at the dining room, everyone's enjoying a nice plate of the pasta. Looking around, all of them seemed to be enjoying the food. But what really caught my eye is Karylle and Tedmark--chatting happily while eating.

Don't get me wrong. I know, TMac is not just a band mate. He's family. And I trust K. A lot.

Maybe I am just well, uhm... jealous of the fact that someone other than me can make her smile. God, I am sounding so selfish.

I made my way to her and kissed her cheek. She tilted her head and I smiled upon seeing her cheeks tinted pink. "Hey, I already saved a plate of the dish for you." She said, handing it to me. The aroma of the carbonara already says it is delicious. Without second thoughts, I shoved a spoonful of pasta in my mouth.

"So?" She asked while raising an eyebrow. I tried to put on a blank face, then a sad one. "Oh gosh, I am so sorry." She muttered and a little bit teary-eyed. Shaking my head as if to say no, I ate it all up. I guess it made her so confused for she looked at me wide-eyed. "What? Baby. it's perfect!" I said and her eyes sparkled. I couldn't be any happier.

"Hmph. I thought you hated it," K said as we collected the dishes and put them on the sink. I chuckled and pinched her cheeks. "You know--" I was then grabbed by my sister upstairs. Psh. I wasn't even able to finish what I was saying.

"Good heavens, Ysab! What is it that's so important that you have to steal me from my girlfriend?" I am totally annoyed right now. "Calm down, dude!" She said and started talking about stuff that well, are not that important but I know she'd be upset if I tell her that I am not interested--which I am.

After the agonizing talk my sister did, I was then led back to the recording room to finalize the song. We did our thing and fortunately, finished itn after a few takes. Phew.

My sister then hugged me goodbye. "Take care, sweet cheeks," I said as we let go. "Oh heck yes, I will." She cheekily replied and headed out. But as I watch her doing so, I also caught K by the door, staring at me as if she's hurting. What did I do wrong?
