Let me take care of YOU

I guess I fell asleep holding Shawns hand because that was the last thing I remembered. I woke up as I had slept normally except our curtains were open. Shawn was awake and scrolling on his phone across the aisle way. He turned his head and grinned at me. "Good morning."

"Good morning." I said back. 

"You're obnoxiously pretty when you sleep." He giggled and I turned facing him. I didn't comment but grinned to myself. I felt better about yesterdays events.

Shawn rolled out of his bunk causing me to smile. He held his hand out making me get up too. "I'm gonna take care of you today, okay?"He said, I nodded. I was tired of fighting it. He was being very sweet to me. He got our groceries and started getting out stuff for breakfast. I looked at him confused.

"Maybe this time we should just go out." He laughed immediately regretting his choice. "Now you get ready and we will go out to some breakfast place. Personally, I'd like to take advantage of the showers at the hotel afterwards before the show." He informs me. "Me too." I tell him.

While he gets all ready, I pull my hair up, pull on appropriate winter wear for the cold and for breakfast. I brush my teeth and pack up my shower bag and everything for that.

"Where the heck are you two going?" Gloria giggles looking up from her book.

"Breakfast and showers." Shawn says without thinking.

"Uh huh.."she says looking strangely at us. 

"I mean not shower together.. but like separate... haha." Shawn said awkwardly as we walked out the door and shut it. 

"Unless you're down." He shrugged at me. I laughed and mouthed "WOW". We got in his drivers car and he said, "Well, you haven't quite said no.." Shawn went on. "No." I tell him grinning. We went to whatever breakfast place was close, it didn't have a name I recognized. 

"If taking care of me is buying me food I am so down." I joked as I looked at my plate.

"Oh it is so much more than that my friend." Shawn smiled. "Is it good?"

"yeah, totally. I'm happy to have a full belly." I tell him.

A fan recognized Shawn and he introduced me as his friend. The fan was super adorable as she could not stop smiling the whole time she talked to us.

"Doesn't that make your heart so happy?" I ask him. He nodded and continued eating. During breakfast I had to set up the info of my new friend Lisa and her daughters with our ticket person and got that arranged, as well as let her know what to do to get them. I did get to hang out with Shawn some but we were kinda both busy answering messages and such.

"Thank you so much for breakfast." I tell him giving him a side hug as we walked out to the car.

"You're certainly welcome. To the hotel." He says. We get to the hotel and Shawn checks in saying that he needs a late check out. Cause he was supposed to check in for last night technically it was still his room? I don't honestly know what he did but we went up to the room and had until 1 to be out.

I sat on the bed with my stuff and he looked at me.

"You can go first."I tell him. He nodded and went in and shut the door. I laid back on the bed. Though I was still mentally troubled by the car accident yesterday, I felt better about it. Nobody died. I helped people and that included Lisa. All is good.

It did however make me nervous for our drive tonight in the ice and snow in that big heavy bus. Of course I trusted Gloria but..I don't trust the weather or others.
