-seventeen; how long?

still the same day-
8:28 pm-

"oh who are you?" seokjin asks me as the other boys look at taehyung in disblief, i really wished i could punch him in the face cause i wasn't in the fucking mood to explain anything.

"tae can we have a moment alone- please?" namjoon asks tae and he shrugs, "sure hyung" he says as he pushes nearer to the dining table where everyone were seated, well except hoseok. i haven't found him uet

i awkwardly sat down at the empty seat infront of me, i was sitting down between jimin and yoongi and jin was sitting in front of me. i was- well frowning.

"h-hi" i stutter making seokjin smile, "my name is seokjin, you?" he asks, "haera" i answer and he looks at the frowning yoongi beside me,

"yoongi eat your food" he says sternly, "not hungry" yoongi simply shrugs and leaves the table, going somewhere namjoon and taehyung earlier went too,

the atmosphere was awkward and everyone kept on stealing glances at each other,

"so haera" seokjin starts, "are you taehyungs girlfriend?" he asks making everyone on the table skook.

jimin chocked, and jungkook laughed hardly,

"n-no" i say with a blush across my cheeks, "no? oh i'm sorry i thought you two were dating" seokjin says sheepishly.

"its fine" i smile, i was starting to get curious about seokjin so i open my mouth too ask, "so did you make the food?" i ask as i took a bite to the heavenly kimchi soup, "yeah" he says enthusiastically, "i'm a worldclass chef just incase you didn't know" he winks at me and i chuckle, "thats cool"

9:49pm-

"sooo" tae trails and namjoon sighs, "why did you bring her here?" namjoon asks, "you can clearly see that shes not in the mood to talk about the idol shit okay? let her rest tae" namjoon says making taehyung chuckle, "i just want to make her happy quick okay? the quicker she meets all of us equals more time for her to spend time with us" tae says, "thats selfish tae"

"is it selfish if i want her to stay?"

"yes it is. you know she wont do that"

"i'll make her do it"

"taehyung!" namjoon yells out in annoyance at the younger boys selfishness, "you know if you make her do it she will do it- but don't taehyung. don't temper with this type of shit"

"well she can be lying you know" tae starts, suddenly yoongi showed up, "you know shes not" yoongi says, "tae i understand that you like her but that doesn't mean you can do selfish stuff like this. if i can be the fucking rapper i always wanted to be i would fucking want too" yoongi spat, "so that means you want something from her to right?" tae asks, "at least i don't want a good fuck-"

"okay okay! thats enough- lets just let her do what she wants" namjoon says, "no one forcing anything too her and let her decide" he says as he looks at both of his friends,

"well they must be waiting for us- lets go back" namjoon says opening the door to the dining room

"HAHAHAHAHAHA" haera laughs loudly as a scene of jimin and seokjin doing a weird pose with fries in their ears and jungkook chocking on coke until it went out of his nose making haera laugh even harder, "iT HuRtS" jungkook screeches.

yoongi sighs and stuffed his hands in his pockets before walking back to the living room,

namjoon walked to the table and touched the soup, "its cold" namjoon mutters sadly, "okay okay we should go home" tae says as he grabs haera's shoulders, "byee" haera waves and everyone waves back

"hey lets sit there first" tae points at an empty bench, "sure" haera says as she sits down beside tae,

tae was looking down to the floor as haera looks up to the bright moon

it was late but they didn't seem to care

"haera" tae starts, "how long do you have before everything has to be fixed?" tae asks, till next year, september 17" she sighs, "i still need to tell jin and meet hoseok" she says sadly, "i should have never wished such a stupid wish" she sighs, "its fine" tae says,

"are you planning to wish for us to stay?" he asks

she nods,

but then tears fill her eyes,

"i'm so fucking selfish, i know" haera sobs, "no i'm the selfish one to want you too do it" tae says grabbing her shaking hand,

"but its your choice" tae continues, "i know- but what i want is for you guys to stay" she whispers. "but i don't think its the right thing to do"

the next day-

9:38am-

she woke up on her bed, tae was sleeping on the floor,

'i guess he stayed the night' she thought as she stretched her arms and got inside the bathroom,

"i should meet weird lady" haera mutters as she places the toothpaste on her toothbrush,

'yeah u should i miss you' she heard someone say and she sighs, "i'm going crazy"
