i slowly opened my eyes as i look at the clock, it was already 4 pm,

'i slept for 3 hours' i thought to myself before hearing my stomach grumble,

i sighed deeply and walk to the fridge only to be greeted by nothing,

i slammed it close before grabbing a candy by the shelf near my front door and grabbed my bag and my cap, wearing it,

i walked down and greet hyuk before leaving the building,

"good afternoon, welcome to sumishine market!" the cashier dude chirped and i looked at him with a judging face, "why are you so happy today, daniel kang"'i asked cocking an eyebrow and he glared at me, "shut up haera kwon and go get ur rotten ramen" he glares back and i rolled my eyes,

i grabbed all the food i need and i dropped them all in front of his face,

"what a nice way to fucking greet me" he smiles sarcastically and i laughed, "i kinda missed seeing you here, everyones just so innocent and kind" i sighed and it was his turn to laugh,

"36,000₩" he says and i looked at him in disbelief, "thats rigged" i glared at him and he teases me, "boo hoo to bad its not" he sticks his tongue at me and i pay him the money with gritted teeth, "you should've stayed at your dorm daniel kang, i was going to give you a gummy pack" i spat before his face changed into a forced aegyo making me want to puke,

"what? you wanted to give me what?" he asks and i smile mischievously,

i handed him a coffee gummy and he quickly ate it before chocking hardly,

"wHAT WAS THAT" he yelled, "cOFFEEEEE" i yelled back before running out,

"YOU ASSHOLEE" he yelled and i laughed loudly, he always hated coffee gummies.

taehyung was sitting down on a bench near the river, he was at the park trying to get his mind of things,

someone sat next to him and he glanced at the person, the person looked at him and gave him a wide smile, "afternoon" haera greeted him with a smile that he couldn't return, "hi" he greeted sadly,

"here, a gummy" she handed him the coffee gummy and he grabbed it, eating it immediately before chocking,

she laughed loudly before she explained what he just ate and why does she always buy the disgusting candy,

"i buy it so i can prank sad and annoying people" she grinned and taehyung frowns, "earlier this afternoon i gave it to the cashier guy in sumirise market, his name is kang daniel an old friend of mine" she says and taehyung just hummed in response,

after a few minutes of complete silence, she suddenly poked his cheek, he flinched and turned to look at her,

"w-what?" he stutters and she chuckles, "whats wrong with you?" she asks him and he looks down before bitting his lip,

"i have a friend, hes my hyung, and were very close" tae starts, she was ready to listen to his story,

"his name is hoseok, hes a doctor" he continues and her face turned pale, she gulped knowing where he was going,

"he came to us earlier this afternoon and told us that he got a patient, when he just started yesterday! everyone was so happy and proud of him cause we know he's been working his ass off for the past 6 years to get this job" he says in a fake happy tone, "the patient was a girl, her name's haera" tae stopped and haera looked down as her tears threatened to fall, "she has a sickness, a very bad one that could kill her" taehyung says as the tears start to pour out, "everyone was sad because the girl" tae stopped to take a deep breath, "is you" he says, breaking into silent sniffs,

"why didn't you tell us?" taehyung chocked out, starting to cry,

"i'm sorry"
