A/N: You have to imagine this scene with Jungkook speaking in his cute English speaking accent. It makes it cuter. I'm soft for this shit.

Ji-Young POV:

I had never felt so attracted to someone as I had in that moment. Jungkook - dressed in a simple pair of black jeans and a white canvas button down, which was unbuttoned slightly to reveal his collarbone and the top of his chest - was beautiful. The Shakespearean script glided off his tongue melodically, as if he were always meant to speak in this olden English.

Another spotlight washed over me, in my simple dress, hair falling around my face. I barely ever had my hair down and it must've caused Jungkook surprise, as his expression changed too. Yet he quickly shook it off, proceeding with his next line.

"It is my lady, O, it is my love!
O that she knew she were!
She speaks, yet she says nothing; what of that?"

"See how she leans her cheek upon her hand
O that I were a glove upon that hand,
That I might touch that cheek!"

He proceeded another stanza, before finally, I crawled to the edge of the platform, to stare forlornly into the distance.

"O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I'll no longer be a Capulet."

We had decided, to skip all the dramatic entrances and exits of Juliet, and skip to the ending. Jungkook bounded forward, pulling himself onto the ledge with ease, his working biceps visible through the thin fabric of his shirt. Breaths sucked in all across the audience as Jungkook stood face to face with me, mine tilted up towards his, our noses almost touching.

"With love's light wings did I o'erperch these walls,
For stony limits cannot hold love out,
And what love can do, that dares love attempt:
Therefore thy kinsmen are no stop to me." Jungkook said with impeccable pronunciation. His breath tickled my face due to our close proximity. I could see the smirk threatening to cross his face as he looked at mine, likely savouring this moment of my vulnerability. He placed one hand on my waist, something we hadn't said to do.

 "If they do see thee, they will murder thee."  I said, nervousness mingled in my tone. Yet this wasn't acting.

"I have night's cloak to hide me from their eyes,
And, but thou love me, let them find me here;
My life were better ended by their hate
Than death prorogued,  wanting of thy love."

"If thou dost love, pronounce it faithfully:
Or if thou thinkest I am too quickly won,
  I should have been more strange, I must confess,
But that thou overheard'st, ere I was 'ware,
My true-love passion: therefore pardon me;
And not impute this yielding to light love

Which the dark night hath so discovered." I tried to say with confidence, yet Jungkook further closed the space between us, earning gasps and whistles from the audience. I could see Miss. Kim's shocked look before it turned into a knowing smile, as if she knew all along that this would happen.

We carried on a few more paragraphs, each more romantic than the rest; speaking of swearing love and the inconstant moon. My face had turned red and Jungkook had grown more persistent with his effort to get close to me. Our skinship had caused upheaval in the audience, all of BTS + Mina yelling happily and Jungkook's other friends Yugyeom and Bambam whistling while raising their eyebrows in the audience. It even Ji-Eun to leave, dragging Sun-Bi behind. For the final line, Jungkook wrapped an arm around my waist, so our faces were almost touching once again and the rest of our bodies were pressed to each others.

"Good night, good night! parting is such sweet sorrow,
That I shall say good night till it be morrow.  " My voice barely came out as even a whisper as I unwrapped myself from Jungkook's embrace, finally leaving the stage.

I watched on as he sat himself down on the ledge, looking dramatically into the audience as he swung his legs over the edge of the platform. His final line came after long anticipation.

Jungkook breathed out a heavy sigh before looking out the the end of the auditorium.

"Sleep dwell upon thine eyes, peace in thy breast!
Would I were sleep and peace, so sweet to rest!
Hence will I to my ghostly father's cell,
His help to crave, and my dear hap to tell."

He said it with utter perfection, not tripping his words once. I sighed happily, seeing standing ovations from all of BTS and Mina upon some other students. Miss. Kim smiled as I joined Jungkook on stage for our bow and curtsy. Luckily, Jungkook didn't try to carry me like Hoseok had Yoongi. Instead he just hugged me with one arm around my side and yelled in happiness.

I changed, out of the uncomfortable dress, back into my uniform and began my search for Jungkook. I quickly found him yet hid behind the wall, peering into the room he was in. He was half dressed, his shirt unbuttoned most of the way, revealing his entire torso. He stood their, hugging his report card to his chest, wide bunny tooth smile and eye smile present.

I left, letting him have his moment. Back by the girls changing area, I sank down the wall. Much like Romeo, Jungkook wasn't the same behind closed doors. Romeo was a Montague, Jungkook was a fuckboy. Juliet was a Capulet, I was a good girl.

But now I understood why Juliet had done something forbidden just to be in Romeo's presence, just to be loved by him, just to love him back. And I knew because, like Juliet with Romeo,

I loved Jungkook.

***

I know this is hella short but don't worry, long chapter is coming soon ♥ yes I used actual Romeo and Juliet script but I cut a lot out because I am not in the mood for 100000 hours just writing Shakespeare.
