Winter

ROSE P.O.V

The next day I got up well tried I could barely move Alex held me tightly as he cuddled up against me more in the bed. "Alex come on I gotta go pee" I whined. "No stay please" He mumbled sleeply. I sighed considering how I'd get out his grasp I smiled and trailed my hand under the cover and into his boxers he immediately got up wide eyed. "Thanks" I winked taking my hand out and trying to get up failing. "That's some way to wake me up but you'll have to start what you finished" He teased giving me a kiss his tongue entertwined mine. I pulled back and shook my head getting up and going to the bathroom.

By the time I got done brushing my teeth and washing my face Alex had his suit on.

"Work?" I asked already knowing the answer. I brushed my now black dyed hair into my messy bun.

"Yes I missed a lot for the past 3 months" He said going downstairs. I followed him downstairs "Juilian's right there he's staying with you today" Alex said.

"He can leave I don't need him" I replied juilian shrugged his shoulders but didn't move from his spot in the corner. "Rose we went over this already I won't leave you in this house alone" He said his tone was one I knew not to cross but me being me crossed it "I'll invite Angel over" I argued. He glared at me "He stays" he gave me a kiss on the lips "be careful" was his last words as he closed the door.

I looked at Juilian who had a blank face. "Want something to eat?" I asked him.

Silence.

"You ate?" I asked.

Silence.

I shrugged my shoulders going upstairs I was used to Juilian being the serious one out of all the bodyguards.

I came back downstairs dressed in a sweat suit I never liked December I hated the cold, Juilian was in the same spot. I made breakfast and silently ate in the kitchen, picking up my phone I texted Angel.

Rose: you free?
Angel: not right now but I'll swing by later.
Rose: ok.

I sighed putting my phone down. Suddenly I got an idea I smirked at Juilian then grabbed my keys. He raised an eyebrow but said nothing.

"There's Marshmallow brownies in the fridge" I said leaving out the door somehow I knew he wasn't letting me go out alone I got in my grey car then looked out the window to see him getting in the car behind me.

"I want her" I said pointing to the grey pit bull mix.

"Oh she's....umm...very aggressive" The man said looking at his bandaged wrist.

"Yup I want her" I repeated happily.

I filled out the paperwork and they gave the puppy a check up.

"I don't know what I'm going to name you" I said to the blue eyed pit bull who sat next to me while I was driving home after a long day of pet shopping.

I was cooking the ground beef when the doorbell rang. Juilian eyed me "What?" I questioned. He went to the door judging by his facial expression I knew it was Angel.

"What are you cooking it smells delicious" she asked taking off her boots and shrugging off her coat. My new found friend started barking and growling at Angel.

"What the hell? Who's dog?" She asked putting on leg up in fear.

"Sit" I commanded the puppy she sat down immediately "good girl" I said going back in the kitchen.
