Survive For Me (Subnautica/AOT Crossover)

I groaned aloud, rubbing my head trying to soothe the ragging headache in my skull. I then got out of my seat, losing my balance as I tumbled to the floor and looked around the pod. "Sam. . . ?" I said aloud, the memories of what happened on the Aurora soon coming back to me. My hands soon shot up to my mouth as a broken sob escaped me. My eyes closed shut as my body lurched forward, my forehead touching the floor of the pod as screams left my bloody lips.

Tears streamed down my bruised cheek and bloodied nose as sobs wracked my body. I couldn't believe it. I just couldn't believe that my best friend, one of the only people who genuinely cared about me was gone. "LIAR!!! YOU LIAR!!" I screamed, remembering the words she would always tell me, and always promised to keep.

"Whatever decision you choose to make, whether big or small, the person that loves you the most will always be there for you even if you aren't there for them."

"Why?!" I shouted, my voice cracking as I tried to catch my breath.

"Why did you lie to me?!"

I am currently treading through the ocean with my Cyclops, now and then checking my cameras. "Hmm... there's no creatures appearing on any of the cameras... that's good," I said as I continued to drive around in my Cyclops. After the loss of Sam, I've been keeping myself busy with a bunch of tasks to do. I made all my tools and have been making myself busy with trying to find all the blueprints that have been lost. So far, the major blueprints I've found were the ones for the Cyclops and the Seamoth.

Now I'm just trying to explore more of the ocean as I can. I was extremely lucky when I found all the schematics for the Cyclops as quickly as I did. I just hope my luck doesn't run out any time soon. "What the-" I was cut off when something banged into my Cyclops causing me to lose my balance and tumble to the floor.

"Ugh! I thought I saw nothing hostile!!" I groaned as I immediately got up and checked the cameras again. "What the frick? What the hell is a Warper doing all the way out here??" I questioned, becoming utterly confused. I had only seen them once before and managed to scan one rather easily. But seeing one out here in the middle of the ocean? That's not normal, at least to my knowledge. Oddly enough, it kept banging itself into my Cyclops, as if it's trying to kill itself or something.

After a bit more of thinking, I went over to the first floor of my Cyclops and exited out getting closer, but not too close, to the Warper. I swam a little closer to the Warper, and just like last time, it didn't react to me going anywhere near it. That is until it let out a huge shriek and shot a projectile towards me.

I barely managed to dodge the projectile and soon decided to whip out my Stasis Rifle, aiming it at the Warper. I shot my rifle about 5 times before finally managing to hit the creature dead on. I immediately swam over to the Warper with my Hardened blade out, intending to strike it down.

As I got close enough to strike, the Warper warped out of the blast. 'Shit! Where is it?!' I thought as I turned in every direction hoping to spot the Warper before it spots me. Finally, with one last turn, I saw it. The Warper then shot a projectile at me which I managed to dodge, and swam as fast as I could to the creature.

The closer I got, the more projectiles it would shoot at me to which I would barely be able to dodge. As I finally got in front of the Warper, I raised my knife above my head and forced it down on the creature's head, causing it to create a loud shriek. I managed to stab the creature again one last time before it shot one last projectile. A dark green one instead of its usual purple.

I soon realized I was running out of air when my PDA alerted me that I had only 30 seconds left of oxygen. Not caring about the green projectile it shot, I quickly swam to the surface, not having enough time to reach my Cyclops. I broke through the surface of the water and looked down, a shocked expression spreading across my face. I saw a green flash that spread out right under me, almost like a sonic boom.

That's when I saw something that resembled bodies. "What the hell?" I whispered as I saw a couple of human-like figures floating up to the surface. A shiver got sent down my spine when several bodies reached the surface of the water.
