"I can't believe what I'm seeing right now..." My eyes were wide in amazement, transfixed on the green glow of the portal. 'I wonder where it leads to.' I thought curiously to myself as I absentmindedly took small shuffling steps towards the portal. Hange's and Mike's voices faded in the background as they were distracted with their own discussion of this discovery. I put my hand on the metal edge of the portal, feeling the ancient engravings on the metal and the hum of the portal. "I wonder what will happen if I stick my hand through here..." I quietly mumbled to myself, slowly raising my hand, stopping right before my hand could make contact with the portal itself.

I admired it for another moment, staring at the green glow reflecting onto my hand. "(F/n)? Maybe you should back up, you wouldn't want to fall forward." I didn't even hear Hange's voice as I took a deep breath and shoved my hand in the portal, an invisible force pulling the rest of me in, causing an abrupt gasp to enter my lungs. My mind was racing with fear and panic as I could do nothing but hear both Hange and Mike shout, "(F/N)!!!" in unison. My vision become engulfed by the glowing green of the portal as I traveled to an unknown destination. What felt like being several minutes submerged in green was most likely just a few seconds.

A force pushed me out once my vision cleared, and I stumbled forward trying to balance my myself. Successful in not falling on my face again, I looked in ahead of me only to be brought to confusion. 'Am I in a cave?' I thought to myself, turning around to look at the portal. I furrowed my eyebrows together in thought as I went around the portal. I started walking up a slope and saw pink and purple plants. Taking out my scanner I scanned both plants and found the purple plant to be called a Speckled Rattler and the pink plant to be called a Pink Cap. I looked curiously at the colorful mushroom shaped plant and noticed an exit in the corner of my eye. Walking towards the exit, I shouted in surprise as I realized a long drop towards the ocean.

"Woah..." I mumbled nervously to myself as I slowly stepped away from the ledge. I turned around, now attempting to find another exit, completely forgetting about the people I just left behind. As I found an exit, I walked through the mysterious foliage, determined to explore everything this Island has to offer. I took a deep breath and decided to continue my exploration, turning on my heels and marching towards a faint path through the greenery. I looked around, noticing the tall trees and the glow that emits from the leaves. "Wow..." I said aloud while looking at the calming neon light blue glow.

I walked on what I believe to be a path, I couldn't help but inspect much of the plant life scattered around. Between the trees, the bushes, and all of what was scattered around, I feel like scanning non-stop until I've scanned everything. I scanned a few more plants, like a Jaffa Cup, Grub Basket, Voxel Shrub, and a Ming plant. Having scanned a fair bit, I decided to focus on travel. I made some twists and turns, went up a few slopes and went down a few more. Moving towards what I assumed to be the center of the Island, I then arrived at a surprising structure. Surprising because it was unlike the Alien structures that I had seen up until now.

It appeared to have been made using a Habitat Builder. It also seemed to be very worn down, cursed by time and assaulted by weather. Glass was broken, metal was rusted, and rooms covered with dirt from what I could see. Dilapidated described it well. Before trying to find a way inside, I decided to get a view of the area around it. I scanned some things that looked to be planters, finding out that they're actually called growbeds. I continued on towards the other side of the structure, curious as to what I may find there. I sucked in a slight gasp at the discovery of a large beautiful lake. The water is very clean, looking so shallow yet being very deep. It reflected the scenery and the bright blue sky beautifully. "I could get used to this." I mumbled with a large smile.

(Yeah so thank you ShyLittleMarshmallow since you wrote like 80 percent of this... I edited it a bunch though. I'm gonna give you guys double updates TOMORROW because I feel like this is going agonizingly slow.)
