Arnav holds Annika shoulder and pushes her away ... He was about to slap her when Mallika holds him...

Mallika - Anika please forgive me I never wanted to hurt u or ur brother... It wasn't my intention... I never thought to play with ur brother's feelings... I considered him as my friend...
