Sheriff Lee rushed to the asylum once he got a call from Jongin.
His blood turns cold when he arrived in front of asylum.

There's an ambulance with sirens blaring.
Other officers is busy guarding with their car is parked near the crime scene to block anyone to come near.

Puddle of thick, red blood.
Danny's skull on his head was partially crushed.
His lifeless eyes stare at Sheriff Lee's direction.
His lips are slightly open as if he was meant to say something to Sheriff Lee.

The sight in front of him is horrifying and sickening.
He believe that this sight will remain engraved in his mind for his whole life.

“Sheriff Lee, Inspector Do.” Three officers bowed to them.
Sheriff Lee placed his hand on his chest, adrenaline makes his heartbeat becomes faster. 

“Oh lord.” Sheriff Lee breathed out.
His gaze keep shifting around the crime scene.
His knees turns weaker each seconds.

“Sheriff Lee.” Inspector Do placed a hand on Sheriff Lee's back in concern.
Sheriff Lee's bubbly personality turns gloomy and serious today.

The news struck him hard.

“We need to find Susie.” His voice wavered.
He knew he need to be strong for Susie.

Both of them get inside the asylum.
Sheriff Lee halted when he saw Jongin standing at the reception counter.

Jongin pacing around the counter and ruffled his hair messily.
He reach the point that he didn't know what to do next.

“Where is Susie?!” Sheriff Lee demanded.

Jongin snapped from his deep thoughts and he stop pacing around instantly.

“I'll lead you the way.” Jongin answered.
He sounds relieve to see Sheriff Lee.

“She's in that room.” Jongin pointed to a room in front of them.

Sheriff Lee barged into the room and saw Susie laying on the bed.
An IV drop is placed next to Susie.

“She'll be fine. We gave her sedative to calm her.” A nurse said with a reassuring smile.

“Thank you.”
The nurse bowed and left.

“Susie.” Sheriff Lee calls out while stroking her hair gently.
His heart breaks seeing his niece in this condition.

She looks sickly pale now.
Her lips chapped.
Her hair is a mess.

“U-uncle, I-I can't feel a-anything.” Susie murmured, her eyes closing due to the effect of the sedative but she fight the urge to sleep.

“Go to rest, Susie.” Sheriff Lee placed his hand on top of Susie's cold hands and give a light squeeze.

“D-danny. Danny.”

A single tear escaped from Sheriff Lee's eyes.
He sobbed as he hugged Susie.

“Get some rest, Susie. I'll wake you up later and bring you home.” Sheriff Lee whispered to her ears.
