Although Frank is battling the gangsters, pickpockets and other prototype-centric criminals, Matt Kingfield, an ex-Navy SEAL who has become a recluse to the Merriman family, is staring at some of the firearms used in the detection of crime.
Now he's bamboozling into a certain type of crime: Keokleptonic enforcement.
"I wonder what Detective Merriman got into this time," says Kingfield.
When it comes to detecting crime, Kingfield turns over to one of Frank's assistants: Mary Jennifer Kyte.
"Have you seen Frank 'Trigger Happy' Merriman, Private Investigator?" Kingfield interrogates.
Mary answers, "For over a decade, Detective Merriman and his son Scott are in serious trouble once more.
"The team at Merriman Investigations is going after the mob, and I convince Wade the Blade and Laser Beam Bean to search for the wrong pickpocket stealing more items than you can say all things investigative to all law enforcers. When the California Federal Mafia exposes lethal comprehension, they need all they can not get from any other law enforcement agency in the first place. Not even Frank Merriman, P.I. himself can scare the f**k out o' you! Now, like Frank has said many times, no matter who commits crime is up to the consequences concerning the entire Merriman Investigations team of crack investigators unraveling crime at warp speed."
"That's it, Kyte!" Kingfield understands. "I'm outta here!"
Matthew Raymond Kingfield walks away and hops back in the Lexus luxury motor car, because Detective Merriman is on duty.
Thus Frank and his fellow Merriman Investigations cohorts are driving the wrong guy up the wrong tree!
As the high-speed automobile chase begins, Frank Merriman, P.I. and his son Scott are going after Kingfield, while the California Highway Patrol is in hot pursuit.
"Hang on, Matt!" warns Frank.
As his luxury sports coupe shift gears and changes lanes, Frank prepares for another high-speed race toward the tyranny of gangster-oriented crime. Navigating everywhere around the Greater Metropolitan Los Angeles Area, Frank and Scott Merriman are chasing Kingfield throughout the entire Golden State, from San Francisco to Oakland to Hayward.
"Whoa!" screams Frank.
"You got to go after Mr. Kingfield 'cause he's beating us to the hilt!"
Scott shouts, "Watch out for the crates!
As the cable car heads toward the Transamerica Pyramid, Frank and Scott go after Kingfield in a head-to-head race for justice. On the way, Frank and Scott get out of the automobile and run throughout downtown San Francisco, chasing around the corner, stopping by a famed luxury hotel; beating up an entire corpse of hotel guests; and slamming the maître d' in his nose, upper and lower back and chest - and shooting down the urban mafia kingpins from Portland, Oregon and Houston, Texas with his revolver hand gun the Interrogator.
Running away from the maître d,' Frank tells his son Scott, "We've got everyone at this hotel caught in the Merriman crossfire!"
"Now what, Frank?" asks Scott.
"I, Frank 'Trigger Happy' Merriman, P.I., will infiltrate Mr. Kingfield, who has been involved in bunco squad-oriented cases while the mob has every nook, cranny and life-threatening prank up my sleeve."
Bang! There goes the sound of a .44 caliber pistol carried by the hotel security guard, having killed Matthew R. Kingfield in a split-second!
"Betcha fire bullets at all the suspects using your own toy revolver pistol," Frank learns.
Scott shouts, "No way, Trigger Happy Frank!"
The dueling Merrimans clash over Kingfield's dead body when they walk up toward the suspect.
"You have just been franked, Mr. Kingfield," Frank ponders.
Scott is upset over the murder of a tragic federal mafia kingpin waiting to be buried. He bursts into tears as his father examines the mystery.
"Just like everyone is about to get franked one suspect at a time."
The security guard smiles; and the San Francisco Bay Medical Facility emergency teammates are searching for the truth.
"Gee whiz," says Scott.
"Let's drive back to Los Angeles in about four days," Frank replies.
