          California Highway Patrol Deputy Shane O'Connor, Jr. points out to LAPD chief of rookie enforcement Janice Markham, for which she oversees Detective Merriman's continuing mafia cases.

"I bet Trigger Happy Frank Merriman, P.I. says himself best - and he's out to outwit the mob," says Deputy O'Connor, who is of Irish ancestery.

Chief of Rookies Markham says, "Correct. Frank Merriman earns the controversial nickname 'Trigger Happy,' simply because of his law enforcement-oriented activities he conducts on a year-to-year, day-to-day basis at Merriman Investigations. He is on a roll; and the attribution Trigger Happy Frank is possessing will be of paramount importance to the various teammates at Merriman Investigations, especially the California Federal Mafia."

Deputy O'Connor tells the chief of rookie enforcement, "Big deal! Trigger Happy Frank continues to frank out the mafia on the West Coast by farce!"

"Hee hee," laughs LAPD Chief of Rookies Markham.

In Beverly Hills, Frank and his son Scott are searching for Lucky Kingston, a hoodlum whose aim is to chase all the items from many person's pockets. Lucky is engaged in pickpocketing; and his mission is to take away everything out of all people's pockets and grab every one of the items in various apparel articles.

"Kingston!" cries Deputy O'Connor.

Frank and Scott run to Lucky and shakes Deputy O'Connor's hand.

"O'Connor, meet your enemy," Frank shows Deputy O'Connor one of the California Federal Mafia suspects stealing billfolds and all other articles from many persons' apparel pockets.

"Frank, you're in serious trouble now!" yells Lucky.

"Decisively," Frank declares, "everyone in this enclosed strip mall is accused of pickpocketing and insurance fraud. So, it's like you and the other members of the California Federal Mafia are set for arrest in 4 months."

"Slam the pickpocket and let the LAPD law enforcement personnel know who fighting back over the federal mafia kingpins and their  mobster-related bosses," Lucky warns Frank.

"Go frank, Lucky," warns Trigger Happy Frank. "Be with Deputy O'Connor!"

"To think is to ponder... to interrogate is to f**k off!" Lucky warns.

"Slam the pickpockets, Lucky, or the detectives from Merriman Investigations will reach out to you and grab you by the whole male human body!" declares Frank.

Deputy O'Connor asserts, "There's trouble at this strip mall! Be on the lookout for the notorious Paul Hatfield!"

"Kill your adversaries," Frank warns.

"Better yet," says Deputy O'Connor, "slam the pickpocket and never leave your cares behind."

"Lucky, you have just been franked!" Frank shouts.

"What?" asks Lucky.

"The mob wants you, Mr. Hatfield, Samuel Anuselo, Jr., Ian Lugini, Patrick Luce, Margaret Anne Luce and Harrison Knitzer in a deadly game of mafia-related mouse and cat!" answers Frank.

"Knitzer warns all California Federal Mafia leaders and hoodlums to participate wisely and slam organized crime forever," says Deputy O'Connor. 

Sgt. Hugh Hightower is overseeing Frank's verious law enforcement endeavors.

"I ain't got time to solve the riddle," says Frank.

"Scott was in the midst of finding more child criminals associated with the mob bosses their age."

Sgt. Hightower begins the search for Paul Hightower, carrying his flashlight around downtown Los Angeles.

"Very muck like Sgt. Hightower is crackin' the case," Trigger Happy Frank declares.

"How dare him!

"Sometimes, it takes a man to defeat the California Federal Mafia.

"It just takes time.

"It just takes the place of the modern day police-department crimefighter with a knack for arresting the crooks.

"I take patience," according to Detective Merriman.

"It takes more than just carrying a revolver hand gun to conduct the investigation. I am responsible for detecting crime.

"Shall I crack the case?"
