~Narrators POV~

Adrien and Marinette were in the park, they were walking holding the hands of their daughter. 

"Rose." Marinette says, the little girl with blond hair and bluebell eyes looked up at her mother and smiled with a full set of pearly white teeth. Marinette picked her daughter up and spun her around with a smile.

"I luv you mama!" Rose said while giggling and waving her arms around as she was spun by her mother. Adrien wrapped his arms around Marinette's waist and kissed her neck gently. 

"I love you my petit chou chou!" Marinette said to her daughter with loving eyes. Marinette leaned into Adrien and she held Rose close to her, she was embracing her daughter while Adrien embraced them both.

"So, I think we are meeting up with Alya and Nino for lunch." Marinette said to Adrien, smiling and setting her daughter back down. 

"Yeah, Nino confirmed with me that we were doing lunch so we should be there rather-" He cut himself off when he saw Nino and Alya walking towards them.

Marinette turned around to see the other family walking towards them. Two boys were running towards Adrien, Mari and Rose. Rose was running to them. 

"Alya! Nino!" Marinette called, she flashed her bright smile and Adrien followed in suit. Adrien let his smile dazzle across his face.

"Hey dude and dudettes." Nino said giving Marinette a one-armed hug and pulling Adrien into a bro hug. 

"Oh, Alya! You're glowing in your pregnancy!" Marinette said, her hands rested on her best friend's baby bump. Alya chuckled she put her hands over Marinette's and smiled at her best friend. 

"I know I know, but third time's the charm and hopefully I'll get a little baby girl vlogger, you never know." Alya shrugged and chuckled. 

Now that the two couples had been reunited they were walking and talking.

As they walked to the café that they were going to for lunch, they saw Kim and Max who had been together for 15 years now and just adopted their second child. Rose and Juleka who were raising their own children together but were not married nor were they a couple, and finally Nathaniel and Hannah, a girl he had met when he went away to art school. 

"Hey Nath!" Marinette says waving and smiling, Nathaniel smiles and waves back walking over to her and giving her a friendly hug then doing the same with Adrien. 

"Hey guys, how've you been?" Nathaniel asks them all. There are mumbled 'good, great..' throughout the group. Adrien and Nathaniel's eyes crossed paths and the two nodded at one another. 

Finally as everyone was prepared to leave, Nathaniel and Adrien leaned in to talk to the other and Adrien said; "Check mate." He smirked and put his hand on Marinette's lower back as they walked away from Nathaniel and Hannah.
