chapter 17- saying goodbye

I sat on my bed for what seemed like hours, until I heard a knock at my door.

"Audrey..." it was Eve.

"open the door." sniffling, I get up and open the door.

"what?" I see she has a luggage, making me a bit confused. I look back up at her face, and there's a smile.

"what's going on?" I ask her as I rub my red eyes,

"Niall said, that...that I can go with them!" I felt my heart break.

Eve can go? and I can't? they have enough room but Zayn is leaving me!

I gulp and say,

"w-wow...I-I'm so happy for you." she hugs me tight,

"I'll miss you...you know that right?" I nod and pull away,

"I know you'll do great" she says, meaning my new singing career. I nod with a smile and she runs off with her luggage.

<2 Days Later>

I stare down out of the balcony roof, and the crowds of fans from before, are long gone.

"Audrey...aren't you gonna give me a hug goodbye?" I turn and see Louis with his arms open. The guys have finished packing, Niall and Eve already headed into their tour bus. I smile and hug him tightly. I look at him and he says,

"how bout a kiss?" He leans in and I giggle and push his face away.

"don't forget about me!" Says Harry as he runs out and picks me up out of Louis grasp as he engulfs me in a hug.

"I'll miss you Aud..." I sigh in comfort realizing how warm his hugs were.

"I'll miss you to curly." he chuckles and let's me go and we head inside. Zayn sits on the couch, with Pierre in his arms, and I quickly look away and see Liam, arranging the luggage.

"a bit OCD aren't we?" I say as he turns around with a smile on his face.

"yeah...a bit" I smile back and hug him.

"take care ok Liam? don't let the boys get into to much trouble..but loosen up a bit please?" I say to him as I look at his face. He only nods as I pull away. Zayn says as he and Pierre get up,

"it's time to go..." I gulp, dreading that this time would come, and take my dream away. I just nod and open the door for them. Pierre walks out and doesn't bother helping with the luggage as he runs to the bus. The others grab what they can and head after her, and I'm left with Zayn.

"see ya Audrey..." he says as he picks up his things. I nod and say, as my voice cracks,

"y-yeah...you to" when he leaves, I slam the door in anger and run to my room with tears falling down my face.

"d-don't cry..." I say to myself as I head for my desk,

"leave the past behind Audrey...and work on your song" I hunch over and start to think of ideas.
