ZACH/GRASER10'S POV
Looking out of the window, I sighed. "When is she coming?" I muttered. "Her plane came in hours ago."
"Her plane must have got delayed." A girl's voice said, and I looked behind me to see Bianca, or Bee standing in the door. She smiled, and said, "she's okay Zach. She wouldn't have got hurt or anything, would she?"
"Nah." I said, as she left my room. Something didn't feel right though. I rested my arms of the windowsill. My room looked out onto the front, where the was a main road, and a huge forest on the other side of the road. I could imagine Shelby standing, no sitting, at the front of the forest. Actually, as I looked, I could see something at the front of the forest. It looked like a heap of clothes. Then my blood ran cold. There was hair on top of the bundle, and from what I could see in the dim light of the streetlamp, the hair looked a lot like Shelby's. Also, the hair, and clothes were covered in blood.
I ran out of my room. Thankfully, there was no distractions, and I saw nobody as I raced down the stairs. I pushed the door, luckily it was open. I looked, then ran across the highway to the bundle, my heart in my mouth.
It was Shelby. I didn't know how, or why she was here, but I knew I had to act fast. I checked for a pulse. There was one, but it was very slow and irregular. "Shelby, no." I muttered. "No!"
I looked for the source, why she was losing so much blood. She was covered in bruises, scratches, and looked like she has a twisted ankle. Finally, I found it. There was a massive gash on her arm, spewing blood. I thought of how I could stop it. I hadn't brought anything with me. Then I remembered that I had a short sleeved grey top on. I hesitated, but only for second. I pulled my shirt off and used it to soak up the blood. As I pressed the shirt to her arm, I looked at what she had. She didn't have any bags, or cases, but I assumed she'd lost them wherever she got the gash. Inside her jacket was her phone which had only a few YouTube notifications. I looked back at her arm. Gingerly, I removed my top from her arm. The bleeding had stopped, but her pulse hadn't changed, much.
"Shelby, you have to be okay. Shelby, wake up!" I whispered in her ear. I wrapped my shirt around her arm, which had started bleeding again, and took a deep breath. Picking her up, I carried her across the road. I ran up the drive of the house, and desperately rapped on the door. "Hurry up!" I shouted.
I heard someone running down the stairs. Then Will opened the door. "Wha- Is that Shelby?"
"Yes, and she's hurt. We have to get her inside, quick!" He didn't object, and stood aside. I carried her indoors, and into the living room/kitchen, where Bee, Andrew and Liam were.
"Shelby?" said Bee in amazement.
"What's happened?" asked Liam and Andrew together.
"She's been hurt." Will looked anxiously at me. "I don't know how, or what by."
"G?" said Liam.
I looked at him desperately, and he came to help me put her on the sofa. Nobody made a comment on how I was shirtless, Shelby was much more important.
Bee ran towards the door. "I'll get medical stuff." She said.
I felt her pulse again. It was steadier, but still slow.
"I don't know." I tried to say, but it came out as more of a strangled grunt.
"She'll be okay..." Andrew told me, but it sounded like more of a question.
I wrapped a blanket around Shelby's ice cold shoulders. Then she shuddered. "Zach..." she muttered, then passed out cold.
